I loved my body then and I love my body now🤍 at my “before” I was already booked and busy with modeling gigs, but I just didn’t feel like my best self. I felt inflamed, my energy was low, and my clothes were a little tooooo tight. I wanted to look and feel good going into my first Miami Swim Week, and @rcmc.medical.center was there to support me every step of the way. I showed up for myself with consistent strength training, intentional nutrition, and a little extra help from medication, and now I’m feeling like my absolute freakin best.This journey has never been about hating my body or trying to fit into a certain mold. It’s been about feeling healthier, stronger, more confident, and showing up as the best version of myself. I feel sooooo good and I’m extremely proud of myself🩷 thank you @rcmc.medical.center let’s keep it goin✨ by @yanettypoo
