At last, the full piece in all its glory 🏆

Thank you to everyone who helped me bring my vision to life. Thank you @mimi__01__ and @holy__astrid for training with me in those early days. Brain storming ideas with me and literally just hyping me up. Thank you to @bindigoddess for making my visual dreams come to life with your analog projections. No one does it like you, you're a star. And thank you again @mimi__01__ for the many many hours of work put into my costume. I was very specific about what I wanted and you delivered, as always. Thank you @nova.costumedesign for the stunning handmade pasties, I adore them and they were perfect. Thank you to Mario, for being there during every step of the way. From filming my application video to helping edit the music, you were a sturdy support throughout. And to the whole @rsongstudio crew for cheering me on and being the best pole community around.

I love you all forever.

My favourite thing about this piece is that I left no stone unturned. Every moment was built with an intention and purpose. I loved playing with elements like emotionality and facial expressions. This is where I felt like I could truly be myself and experience the most freedom and creativity.

The goddess Circe breathes in freedom as she experiences independence for the first time. Banished to a secluded island due to her refusal to conform, she now delights in exploring her body, power, and raw nature. She builds identity beyond the confines of social expectations and the patriarchy, coming closer to herself and her divine feminine magic. Through her potions and spells, illusions are stripped away, exposing the fragility beneath the rigid structures imposed on women. Circe stands tall as the archetype of defiance, agency, and transformation.

Did someone say hard-style? ⚡️

As of right now this is my favourite style of heels to teach! I love how powerful it feels, and it matches a lot of the music I tend to gravitate towards. If you've been to my classes recently at @rsongstudio you know you can almost always expect some element of stomping around 💥.

I am continuously inspired by @princessnokia and my goal for this choreo was to encapsulate the feminist rage in her new album. Enjoy 🖤

We're back! With another highly requested edgework and glides workshop. Happening this Saturday November 15th at @rsongstudio.

We'll be focusing on crab walks, a couple new glides, and I'll also be introducing floats! Can you guess what those are based on the video?

As always everything will be built on the foundations of this style, and there will be lots of time to experiment and freestyle within these elements.
