From CERN to the British embassy in Paris,

‘Flavour Unificafion’ has been through some intense x-ray scans and security checkpoints.

Seeing how the iridescence interacts with the Parisian afternoon light and architecture, it couldn’t have landed in a better context than the @ukinfrance taken in British Ambassador's Residence, L'hôtel De Charost by @yasaj

Pure zinc sheet, raw finish,
flat sheet hand-folded in my late grandmother’s garden in Beirut, straight after my visit to CERN.

After working with various engineered films, fabrics and other materials … metal requires a different approach, steady pressure and careful annealing.
 Exactly one year today since my grandmother Yasmine passed 🤍 by @yasaj
