Teams are historically known to represent their geographical and regions identities… throughout the night discussing about “how hard it is to maintain life as a NewYorker these days, but we don’t give up and we manage. New Yorkers are hard working, snipers aiming for their goals, shooters of those opposing thoughts in competition, and archers to our ideals aiming for all our targets. Are we not? We make things happen, and regardless of the sport, being patriotic to our city and everyone who represents them, represents us.”
Believe it or not but, we are all “Rangers”.

2 pins, 1 weekend, and a wild summer.
Everyone has a somewhat similar type of post on their socials of their achievement’s. Being grateful, working hard, putting in the work, giving thanks and striving for better. (So…what’s another post of a certificate?) While I know, I should give myself some grace, what I love more is to celebrate those reservations of moments in time, where life means the most to “you”, to “them”, to “us”. I’m always empathetic to feel everyone around me filled with joy. The cheers of glasses, the plates being piled up, the drinks passed around, the “Happy Birthday’s”, “Thanksgivings”, “Merry Christmas”, “Happy New Year”, all of the“Congratulations”, the greatest days and the lowest days. The tears of joy people have by spending a moment in time drinking/eating/laughing together as humans, regardless of any differences. Yes it takes blood, sweat, and tears, but such is life. If you want to enjoy the greatest times you accept the hardest ones with it. Can one be proud of themselves?

I can’t wait to celebrate with you, open your favorite bottle, discover a new pairing sensation and pour you your next favorite drink.

The most powerful and eventful month of our year.
The most impactful season of our lives. An immense amount of growth and change this year for us both that there’s so much to ring in.As time goes by, the fruits of our labor, our conversations become deeper with every sentence in our discussions, holding years of content, with less and fewer words.
Now, a simple glance, smile, blink, and even the silence in our time together, are the loudest meanings in content. Standing ovation and an immense amount of credit to the entire team at @saga_nyc , Amy @babyloveswine for our zero-proof and reserve pairings, and Chef Charlie @chuckgood, for the atmosphere and flavors that bookmarked a significant milestone this year for @lovely.tylee and I.
I am proud of US.

Everyone is an “ influencer “, but not everyone is a student.
Remaining a pupil to taste, not chasing excess, cultivating appreciation for the everyday. The smallest moments often leave the deepest imprint. People will rush to what should be their “peak moment” in life just to claim a “status” and to not seem left behind by the masses. Don’t rush the relationships, titles, or the experiences that should be milestones for growth. Instead, enjoy the journey as the best things in life come with time, to cultivate a better, more stronger, disciplined version of “you”. In the beginning we dread the processes, the labor for months/years, the seasons of fatigue. When we look back, we end up thankful for what we thought were our pains.
To truly cherish the day, is to have awareness to everything that has contributed to your experiences.
Anything can change in a blink of an eye. I am thankful for another year.
This is just the beginning…

Service. Means more than we know. Images alone isn’t enough to justify. The planning, ingredients, coordination, teamwork, *knife-work*, the timing, temperature, execution, choreography, and the delivery. It all matters in service. This applies to everything, not just dining. Take more than a moment to think about all the hands and energy it takes to deliver your memories and your work. Everyone has deliverables but, not everyone can/will deliver. Words are powerful, use them wisely. Don’t take energy for granted. Don’t let the lights dim on creativity.
Thank you for all the wonderful moments, tastes, sights, and service to the entire @dinexgroup. Absolutely Delightful.

A quiet Sunday.
Take your time. Working, stressing, worrying, anticipating, doubting. When you stand still, your eyes and ears open, you can almost feel the tension from others in the air.
A reminder, to take the time for yourself, breathe in, sip slow, think of the times when you laughed so hard, the brightest and most colorful memories you own in your thoughts, close your eyes in an extended blink, and remember your heartbeat. Exhale, look around and remember, “this too shall pass”.

We age, grow, experience, learn, inhabit, and evolve in what we’re involved in. Continued work, pushing for the day and years to pass while time whispers into memories, eventually turning into history only to those who were there, know of it, or speak of it. People talk about the “fruits of their labor”. Personally we always laughed and said we are enjoying the “Kimchi” of our labor. Time flies. With it, we expel our energy and thoughts without realizing at times the distance of the journey. Cheers to the new year, the problems we have yet to solve, being the blessed ones chosen to solve them, and to taste the remnants of the solutions earned.

Thanks to @hyun_nyc for their exquisite experience in 12 different A5 Wagyu cuts, cheese grilled directly from Imsil, and the Rhone flight pairing. All Senses satisfied and enjoying the Kimchi of our labor, the brief moments of closed eyes and softs chews of hard work and commitment. More to look forward to, and so should you.

2026.
Every year I hear words around “New Year’s resolutions”.
Yet, every year is the same while they eventually end up catching themselves on repeat 20years later.
Same cycle, same habits, stressing health, & just a bit closer to the “end”. Just when you thought you’ve “lived life”, you haven’t.

2026 is the year you trust yourselves.
The year you stop second-guessing and start believing.
The year you show up even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it’s hard, even when no one is watching.

Be committed to your dreams & evolution. This year is about momentum. About elevation. About becoming undeniable.
Stop tolerating mediocrity & disrespect.
Move forward and leave the dust behind.
