What a joy it was yesterday to be on a panel with these wonderful women (and friends) at @americangemsociety conclave yesterday. The topic was “Women in Leadership: Balancing Act without burnout”. The convo was real, honest and a true celebration of womanhood and all the things we face and overcome. Community is so important. 💞Conclave 2026 was one for the books 🥰 by @yaslyss

We’re delighted that our Head of North American Development, Elyssa Jenkins-Pérez, will be attending AGS Conclave in Orlando, Florida, from 14–17 September. Hosted by the American Gem Society and Jewelers Mutual Group, AGS Conclave is a valuable opportunity for the industry to come together, connect with one another, exchange ideas and share insights.

Elyssa will be speaking on the panel “Women in Leadership: The Real Balancing Act Without Burnout”, alongside industry professionals from across the supply chain, exploring the realities of leadership and finding balance without compromising wellbeing.

We’re particularly looking forward to having Elyssa’s presence at Conclave and being part of this important industry event. If you’re attending, make sure to come and say hello.

Found myself back at The Landmark this morning and realized I never posted one of my favorite afternoons from this Spring. 🩵

Following a very busy 24 Karat Weekend, I got to sneak away for lunch at The Blue Box Cafe with such a wonderful group of women and friends.

After lunch, Vicky treated us to a tour of Tiffany & Co.’s incredible high jewelry floors and private client spaces, which were every bit as stunning as the jewelry itself. ✨

Beautiful jewels, beautiful spaces, great conversation and even better company. It was one of those quintessential New York afternoons that deserved a permanent spot on the grid.

A few months late, but too good not to share. 💎🩵

This bi-color tourmaline has been sitting in my jewelry box for a while because I knew I wanted to do something special with it. I purchased it from my friends, @gemcollector & @gemcollecther 100% Ltd, and it was cut by @gemcollector , so I wanted the setting to feel just as meaningful as the stone itself.

@blisslau and I talked through a few ideas before landing on her ✨Centered Ring ✨ design, crafted in @fairminedofficial gold.

Her meaning behind it really resonated with me: being centered, finding balance within yourself, and being held. The “hands” holding the stone are a beautiful reminder of the people, experiences, and moments that help keep us grounded.

I’m so happy to finally wear this little piece of friendship, thoughtful design, and intention every day. 💚💗✨ taken in DUMBO, Brooklyn by @yaslyss
