last year I made the scary decision to leave my corporate girly job. I wasn’t entirely sure what my next move would be, but I decided to follow my passion for fitness and auditioned to become a founding SF coach at @solidcore [castro].

fast forward a few months, I’m now officially a Senior Coach! I’m inspired every single day by our members who continue to show up for themselves, and I’m so excited to keep growing as a coach so I can continue to empower our community to discover their strongest selves 💙 taken in solidcore by @yazmeaniee

Ran my first official half marathon this past weekend! I’ve always hated running, but I started earlier this year to feel connected to my late grandma. She loved running around SF and ran countless Bay Area races. Having my big bro run alongside me to make sure I survived (lol) made the experience even more special. Though we never got to run together, I know Grams was with us in spirit and with me on every training run. I’m incredibly grateful to my friends and family for inspiring, encouraging, and supporting me. Can’t wait for the next one! 🏃🏻‍♀️🤪 by @yazmeaniee
