COMING SOON | THE HAUTELINE HANDBAG 🗝️

I’ve been rather quietly creating something I’m incredibly excited about.

Recovering from major back surgery ❤️‍🩹 unexpectedly gave me something I rarely give myself: time to sit still. Time to put my phone down, pick up my needlepoint, and follow a few passions that have been waiting patiently for my attention.

And somewhere in that pause, this handbag began to come to life.

I’m currently stitching the prototype myself—and it is absolutely gorgeous. But my favorite part may be that the needlepoint canvas is designed so you can actually remove it from the bag and continue stitching it wherever life takes you.

Which means in a few weeks, I can picture myself sitting at a little café along the Danube River, traveling with my beautiful gorgeous stylish Mom , handbag beside me, canvas in hand, adding a few more stitches to its story. ❤️

Then it becomes a handbag again.

Made slowly. Carried beautifully. Designed to have a story before you ever wear it.

And you’ll notice a key woven into Hauteline again and again. That isn’t accidental.

The key represents unlocking friendships—opening the door to conversation, connection and the people we might never have known had we not taken the time to gather. It’s becoming a little symbol of everything I want Hauteline Design to stand for. 🗝️

Once I’ve stitched, tested and tweaked this first one to perfection, a very limited edition will be available through Hauteline Design. I’m expecting the first small delivery in about a month.

I cannot wait to show you what I’ve been making.

Something I’ve been Quietly Curating while recovering ❤️‍🩹 from a major back surgery…. A few more tweeks with my manufacturer and a limited amount will be available for sale. I’m currently stitching the prototype and it’s magnificent!
