Day 24 — Orange Espresso Tonic 🍊☕️✨

Start with a glass full of ice.
Pour in fresh orange juice, then top it with tonic water for that light, fizzy lift.

Now the fun part—brew a strong, short coffee shot (about 35–40g) and slowly pour it over the top.

Watch the layers settle, give it a gentle stir… and take a sip. One of those drinks that keeps you going back for another sip.

If you love peanut butter and coffee, this one's dangerously good. ☠️

Recipe:
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• A few drops of vanilla essence (or ½ tsp vanilla paste)
• 1 freshly brewed espresso shot
• A handful of ice

Add everything to a cocktail shaker (or a jar with a lid) and shake for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.

Fill a glass with fresh ice, pour in the shaken espresso mixture, then slowly add chilled milk of your choice over the top.

The result? Creamy, nutty, lightly sweet with a rich espresso finish—like a café-style iced latte you can make at home.

This recipe looks complicated, but it's surprisingly easy. By pouring small, consistent amounts of water, you keep the extraction gentle and even, resulting in a cup that's incredibly sweet, clean, and full of clarity.

Recipe: • 20g coffee (medium-fine grind)

• 300g water at 92–93°C

Pour 30g every 15 seconds until you reach 300g:
0:00 → 30g
0:15 → 60g
0:30 → 90g
0:45 → 120g
1:00 → 150g
1:15 → 180g
1:30 → 210g
1:45 → 240g
2:00 → 270g
2:15 → 300g

Allow the coffee to finish drawing down naturally.
It takes a little longer than a regular pour over, but if you enjoy bright, sweet, and incredibly clean cups, this method is definitely worth trying. by @ybrews

Recipe:
• Ice-filled glass

• Espresso brewed using a Vietnamese phin filter

Fill your glass with ice and peach lemonade. Slowly brew a strong coffee concentrate with the phin filter and pour it over the top.

One of the greatest blessings I’ve discovered is that I can carry a small piece of peace wherever I go.

A handful of beans, a brewer, hot water, and suddenly a random corner of the world feels like home.
