I attended a Catholic church for the first time since arriving in China.

Sacred Heart Cathedral in Guangzhou. 🙏

Also known as Shishi Cathedral (Stone House), it took 25 years to build, from 1863 to 1888, entirely out of granite. It’s one of only four all-granite Gothic cathedrals in the world, and it’s often called the “Notre Dame of the East.✨⛪️

There’s beauty and then there’s last night at Furong Ancient Town 💙.
It was like something out of a painting.😍

I really love places with great scenery, and this one did not disappoint. The whole town lights up at night, and that blue-lit waterfall was definitely the highlight, so calm and just nice to watch.

Simple, peaceful and definitely worth it!☺️ taken in Furong Village by @yeahitsyetty

Today, I’m filled with deep gratitude to God for every step of my journey; the wins, the lessons, the quiet moments in between. Each year teaches me that aging is a beautiful privilege, many never even get to experience it.

I’m thankful for the woman I am today and the one I’m still becoming.☺️
