Finally the book has been published by Tughra Books 🫶🏽🥹
🌼✨ alhamdo le Allah ✨🌼

Had the most fun on this project since I have started illustrating for children’s books, it is a huge milestone for me 🤎 exploring animals characters and expressions in a jungle environment was challenging but rewarding I have learned a lot الحمدلله 🤎

The team at Tughra are a true delight to work with, they gave me creative freedom and were very patient and understanding throughout the whole process 🫶🏽 truly blessed to have met them

Part of a project that I am eager to see come to light ✨🌱
A story about bravery regardless of what your size is or where you come from..
Each one of us possess a unique strength that the world needs, we just need to get out of our shells and embrace our uniqueness.

Enjoyed working on this story a lot firstly because the client was a joy to work with 🤎 secondly because it was my first time developing animal concepts, I used to think it was extremely hard because of anatomy and used to avoid it when opportunities presented themselves, but you just have to get out of your own head and have fun, that’s the beauty of children’s illustration you don’t have to be anatomically accurate just be playful and get in touch with your inner kid.
