POV: you just bought your FIRST HOME 🥹🔑🏡 There’s something extra special about handing keys to first time home buyers, but this one was even sweeter because these two came to me through a referral. ❤️ Truly, there is no bigger compliment than having someone trust me enough to send their friends and family my way. When we started their search, they knew exactly what they wanted: not necessarily a home that was already “perfect,” but one with GOOD BONES, tons of potential, and the opportunity to make it their own while building equity along the way. And we found THE ONE. 🥹 A home they can put their own stamp on, tackle projects together, watch transform over the years, and most importantly, call theirs. 🏡 Getting to watch first time buyers go from “Are we actually ready to do this?” to standing in their very own house with the keys in their hands is honestly one of my favourite parts of this job.
