How it started Vs. how it’s going

6yrs ago I was in the worst shape of my life and I never noticed it. I’m not going to say I was depressed but I was unhappy eating fast food/ junk food drinking nothing but juice and soda and not being active at all. I didn’t notice I was heavy until people started saying I was hefty and still at that point I didn’t care, I tried to workout by myself but that was an epic fail because I would lose motivation soon as I started I needed that push.

So I reconnect w/ @gokuloveme swoll ass when we started dating I told him I want to lose weight. When I say this man pushed me to the point where I hated him but it never stopped me because I wanted it so damn bad I was willing to do whatever it took. I changed the way I eat all I drink is water and I workout 5 days a week for 1 hour I have never felt and looked better working out is not just for looking good it’s a mind body and soul connection you make with God and yourself.

Walking into my 30’s like…….

Words cannot express how much I love my family, they surprised me with a beautiful B-day dinner. I cried the whole time 🤦🏽‍♀️ not only was I surprised I was super emotional @mrs.adacostabrown you are the worlds greatest gift to me thank you sissy for everything and @gokuloveme you mean so much to me, to keep this from me for a whole month 🤣🤣 (so you can hold a secret) thank you baby

Thank you everybody who came out last night and who wished me a happy B-day. I had so much fun and got nice and drunk 🥴 Jerramy, told me it was time to take me home when I tried to jump in some bushes lord this is why I don’t drink 🤷🏽‍♀️
