🫒 For me - the spicy Bloody Mary: made with mezcal and has a great smoky flavor and the perfect amount of spice.
🍍 For mo - pineapple shrub mimosa
🍉 For me - watermelon salad: cherry tomatoes, broken sherry vin, manchego crisps, and pistachio
🥔 For me - breakfast potatoes: I asked to switch out the aioli for their garlic ranch since it’s a fav 😋
🌯 For mo - steak and cheddar burrito: flank steak, aged cheddar, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, charred salsa, cheddar jalapeño tortilla, and guac.

3 reasons @yellowbellystl stays at the top of my lunch rotation.

The steak & cheddar burrito is everything you want in comfort food—tender flank steak, crispy potatoes, fluffy eggs, guac, and smoky salsa verde all wrapped into one ridiculously satisfying bite.

The lobster enchiladas are a must-order, balancing sweet lobster with bright salsa verde, smoky tomato, pickled jalapeño, and a perfectly runny egg.

I never skip the oysters, ordering them both ways every time. Two completely different flavor profiles, but both let the freshness of the oysters take center stage.

And if there’s house-made coffee ice cream on the menu, save room.

Whether it’s brunch or dinner, Yellowbelly continues to be one of the most creative and consistently delicious restaurants in St. Louis. (Items from a recent visit—check their current menu for this weekend’s exact lineup!)

It’s about time I made a full post about my favorite STL restaurant: @yellowbellystl! When people ask me what to get here the answer is inevitably: everything. From the beef fat fries to the pistachio ice cream. The scallops, the nachos, the fried oysters, the taquitos. I mean, seriously, everything on the menu is terrific. But the drinks! Don’t even get me started. The Saturn is the best ever, the Pina Colada is the best in town. @yellowbellystl is a whole vibe. 🥳🔥🙌🏾

We had a super busy week, and our family needed a slow Sabbath to unwind.

Shoutout to our friend, Tim Wiggins, owner of Yellowbelly, Lazy Tiger and a new concept, for inviting us to enjoy Saturday Brunch.

When I tell you everything was amazing, I mean it.

Food - 🤤 Delicious and made in house. The portion sizes are great. Even our picky eater loved it. Watch for his expression. 😜

Hospitality - Top Tier. 🏆
Most of the staff have been there 4+ years and are super friendly.

Ambiance - We love the beach and felt like we were on vacation in our city. 🏝️

Yellowbelly is located in the #cwe and we look forward to bringing our visiting friends and family here soon.
