REGIONAL FINALIST for @twia_official I honestly can’t quite believe I get to say that Yellow Rose Illustrations is a Regional Finalist! What started as me taking a chance on myself and doing something I genuinely love has grown into something I’m so incredibly proud of. And a very special thank you has to go to the amazing Gina, one of my lovely brides, who nominated me for this award in the first place. The fact that someone I illustrated for thought enough of me and my work to put Yellow Rose forward honestly means the world. 🥹 Thank you to every couple who has voted and trusted me with their wedding, and to everyone who follows, shares, comments, recommends or supports my little business. Every bit of it has helped me get here. Whatever happens next, being named a Regional Finalist already feels pretty special. Here’s to seeing where Yellow Rose goes next. 🌹✨ Emma x by @yellowroseillustration
I don’t think I’ll ever get used to reactions like this 🥹🤍 Seeing someone genuinely happy with an illustration I’ve created for them makes me ridiculously happy too. This is such a lovely part of live wedding illustration — getting to create something in the middle of all the chaos of the day, then seeing that little moment when it’s handed over. 🌹 Could honestly watch these reactions all day by @yellowroseillustration

Starting something a little different and I’m so excited about this one! 🤍 I’m working on a wedding invitation suite for a lovely couple getting married in Lake Como, Italy! 🇮🇹 I’ve been putting together a little moodboard with lots of Italian blues, hydrangeas, lace ribbons, Hugo Spritz and of course, their gorgeous dog Hugo, who had to make an appearance amongst the flowers! 🐾 My illustration of Hugo next to a Hugo spritz, Hugo sat in the wedding flowers & Next up is a watercolour painting of their beautiful wedding venue! Lots of little details to bring together, but I’m really looking forward to seeing how it all turns out! 🩵 by @yellowroseillustration

Just another look at this beautiful bride and groom illustration, now on its way to Mr and Mrs Williams after their honeymoon! 💍✨ It was such a pleasure creating this special keepsake for them, capturing all the beautiful details from their wedding day. They decided to have their illustration professionally double mounted for that extra special finishing touch. They were also absolute gems and kindly allowed me to showcase their illustration at my recent wedding fair, which I was so grateful for! I hope they love it as much as I loved creating it! ❤️ by @yellowroseillustration
A little piece of somewhere special, captured in watercolour… 🎨 A huge thank you to mr & mrs s for allowing me to showcase their beautiful wedding venue watercolour at the Country Wedding Events, wedding fair at Bluewater over the weekend! 🤍 Her original painting is now on its way to its new home, where I hope it will be treasured for many years to come.
