A painting I plan on giving to Chef Brennan and Alex (two besties who grew up together and just opened up a restaurant this past February). I felt inspired having helped them open the place up, having this be my very first kitchen job, and seeing two friends create a pretty neat space. I painted it all green because Brennan would always say “I’m so green” to the professional kitchen space and because I love being in a green state of mind. I’m planning on surprising them with this painting but Brennan is out of town … but I’m too excited and wanted to share … so if u work with me .. don’t ruin the surprise … taken in DUMBO, Brooklyn by @yelsnas

Hilma af Klint at the Petite Palais

Absolutely jaw dropping experience and I can’t believe I got to witness her pieces in real life! They had such a deep feminine energy that connected with spirituality in a safe and flexible way. Lilly and I literally screamed when we saw these big pieces. The energy of the room was so powerful and moody… Lilly described it as feeling like being in an embryonic sac by @yelsnas
