Asides business talks, You would catch me discussing faith, purpose, calling and identity. . See link to blog post in the Bio. . Yours Truly, •THE FORCE• by @yemibakrey

Often times, small business owners feel Bank statements represents the only form of record to be kept in their daily operations. While it may be true, it shouldn’t remain the only record. It is important to keep full documentation of all actives whether financial or operational. The human brain is not conditioned to remember every single transaction, however whatever is documented can always be tracked. Yours Truly, THE FORCE ❤️ by @yemibakrey

Attending bloom with @okien_ gave me an experience of what it means to have a community. It is very commendable to see what this brand has built in 2 years, and what’s even more heartwarming is the story and experience that gave rise to such Grace. . Nothing more encouraging than being in a room filled with women in successful careers and not only that, looking gorgeous while at it. . Was a pleasant experience with everyone and the team at Okien! Well done 👍 . Event planned by: the one and only @bants_with_ami My amiable @therealini_f who took these shots Dress from: @okien_ Shoes: @ninewest I’ll see you at the next! Yesterday reminded me that nothing can be compared to finding your purpose and living in it. We kicked off the afternoon with warmth, smiles and true celebration of hard work. The more we engaged ourselves, the tone of the conversation began to shift. The room got calmer, the stories and experiences started to penetrate deep into hearts. Right there, I knew it was not Just an event. Questions in the hearts of many were been answered. Thoughts were aligning and convictions became stronger. For this, I’ll give honor to the @okien_ brand for not missing it in purpose. It may have seemed like an eat and dine but every single person in that room got a word that aligned strongly with their hearts. To anyone who comes across this post, my word to you is build confidence and conviction around your purpose. A lot of destines are tied to that purpose. With @okien_ it was fashion, but with fashion, people gained confidence and encouragement. Yours Truly, THE FORCE ❤️ by @yemibakrey

On the subject of tokenization, I had the opportunity to engage our speakers on the future of how real world assets can be converted as digital tokens or be put into fractional ownership in a sandbox. . If you ask me, prior to this session, I had very minimal knowledge on the said topic. As a banking officer in development finance, tokenization is almost out of my purview. . However, when the opportunity presented itself to be a part of the planning committee, I took it. When the topic was chosen, I almost went into my shell because I felt it didn’t suit my typical banking knowledge. . Safe to say we had one of the most insightful sessions since we commenced our quarterly webinar @boi_itc Would I love to do this again? YES! .
