Collage n Chill: Soular Bloom April 2026

This one really flowed better than I expected!

What started with after-evening vibes from yvedy kept unfolding in such a natural way. People who didn’t even know the event was happening walked in, saw the art buffet, got curious, and jumped right in, some of them even pulling their friends into it too. I ended up extending the night and flowing into a collaboration with @djleekdadon @sunsetsoundsworldwide and their DJ lineup, and it turned into a perfect mix of art, music, and community.

It was really fun making art with new people and witnessing their creative process. That part always means a lot to me. So many people start off saying they’re not creative or they don’t know what to do, and then after a little while, something opens up. They start following their intuition, getting into a quiet conversation with the materials, and letting the images, textures, and objects speak back to them. Before long, something true starts coming through. The psyche speaks. And what gets made becomes a visual expression of their own Soular Bloom.

I loved getting to introduce new people to the Yerdiverse, share the Soular Bloom eyecons, and watch people make personal eyecons and unexpected pieces of their own. The feedback was that it felt relaxing, needed, and like something people wanted more of. We made art, caught a vibe, and kept creating well into the night.

These are a few of the notes people left in the #Yerdiverse guestbook after the last gathering.

I invited people to share something in the Yerdiverse guestbook if they felt called to, and this is what they wrote.

Reading the notes, you can tell that once people walked in, they were able to take a deep exhale. They felt comfortable engaging with the materials, choosing what called to them, and easing right into it. People who didn’t even know each other ended up sitting, creating, and connecting naturally.

It really became a chill, creative oasis — especially in a city where it’s so easy to find a turn up.

That’s the kind of space this is.

We’re doing it again this Saturday.

🌺 Come through for a soulful mixed-media art party rooted in connection, creativity, and curated vibes. This spring-forward gathering is all about cutting, piecing something together, and letting yourself bloom a little.

🌼 I'll be bringing collage materials, paint, fabric, markers, interesting surfaces to create on, and more.

🌸There will be a gentle seasonal prompt to spark inspiration, but you’re also free to freestyle and follow what feels true to you.

This is a Yerdiverse depth-oriented dreamwork circle for people who want to spend time with their dreams in a grounded, reflective, and symbolic way.

Together, we’ll share dreams, explore recurring imagery, and make space for the wisdom of the unconscious through discussion and gentle creative reflection.

We are not forcing interpretation or assigning fixed meanings.

We are tending the dream.

✨ Art Buffet: Rest & Reset ✨

There’s something really special about a room full of people giving themselves permission to relax and be creative.

Saturday I hosted an afternoon Art Buffet: Rest & Reset at Peters St. Station , a Yerdiverse gathering centered around slowing down, reconnecting to self, and exploring different art materials together.

These gatherings are part of the Yerdiverse, where art, healing, and wellness come together in community.

One of my favorite moments was walking around the room and seeing how people’s creativity started to open up as they engaged with the art buffet. It was fun to see what people were drawn to, how they combined things, and what they came up with.

It was also really nice to sit at the table with both new friends and people already in my support system and just decompress together through low-pressure easy creative time.

What I love about these gatherings is that they give us space to come back to ourselves. That’s the whole point of the art buffet — choosing the materials that call to you and making something that feeds your spirit.

And yes… we’ll definitely be doing this again. 🌿

Shout out to @buildswithmeee for this clip of me chatting a bit about the Wolf MOTHer Eyecon Portal.

I've been #livestreaming my 'Art Room n Chill' show on #Twitch for over 3 years now. I originally created this space so my DJ friends and fellow music head homies had somewhere different to hang-out in these twitch streets. I see my DJ friends as artist's, their medium is sound. So the very least I can do is share my visual art with them and hold creative space as they have done for me. The bar " Last night the DJ saved my life!“ is real over here! #iykyk

I have made such an impact that my community nominated me for the BIPOC Streamer Awards 2025. I made it to the top 15 in the final round!

My Art Room n Chill streams are a special behind the scene experience into the creation of all aspects of the Yerdiverse.

I’m still glowing from last month’s Collage n Chill: Soular Bloom art party

One of the most significant moments for me was looking around the room and seeing everyone dive into the curated collection of clippings I’ve gathered over the years. Some of these pieces have been with me for ages, and others were new additions, but watching everyone transform them into their unique creations was pure magic.

It felt like a beautiful conversation between my creative flow and everyone else's, a true testament to the collective spirit of the Yerdiverse.

I’m so grateful for everyone who supported, came, embraced the process, and added their light to this creative journey.

GLOrious Gardenia Girlie (2025)

She blooms where identity once anchored—Ms. GLOrious Gardenia, a vessel of mystery, divinity, and the beauty that rises from concealment. Her face is hidden beneath a burst of gardenias, a flower long associated with spiritual purity, secret love, and the quiet strength of the sacred feminine. In her, the divine whispers through petals—soft yet commanding, fragrant with knowing.
