On Thursday Oct. 23 it's my pleasure to bring to you LATIN SPICE a place where we can come together in a inclusive and friendly environment. A place to come dance and enjoy others and help the dance community grow and expand. LATIN SPICE is a branch to connect us.

Today was one of those days about me vs nature ... the water went up 1-0 the mountains and hills almost got me and then I took on the land on foot. 2 out of 3 in the triathlon... I got to swim 300m and then somehow was just done and overwhelmed with the outdoor swimming .. the cold and wind got me... I then had to refocus because they let me continue with the rest. I just made the cut-off for the time on the bike, felt depleted and done but I had my wife @beccawekka cheering and letting me know to keep going and that all I had was a 30-minute run... took me a bit more but I got it done taken in Boulder Reservoir by @yernada
