Styling at the fashion show

Jackets are paired with:

* a fitted white cropped tank,
* charcoal high-waisted jeans,
* oversized silver hoop and or denim earrings,
* and a sculptural natural hairstyle or not.

Designer Concept: “Wearable Street Memoir”

This jacket is built around the idea that clothing can document identity, influence, and creative expression. Instead of relying on symmetry or clean tailoring, the garment embraces deconstruction and layering to reflect the energy of street culture. #coileray #custom #upcycled #designer #jacket

1. Deconstructed Construction

* The jacket combines multiple denim washes with exposed seams and asymmetrical paneling.
* One sleeve is replaced with a purple knit sleeve, creating contrast between soft jersey and structured denim.
* Raw edges and unique hems reinforce the handcrafted aesthetic, making every angle feel intentionally imperfect yet stylish

“I wanted the jacket to feel rebuilt rather than manufactured—as if different stories and garments were stitched together into one identity.”
