Some of the things infertility makes “normal” are honestly unbelievable until you live them yourself.
But somehow, in this bad club, you can find your people.

We are here to offer support in all the ways - whether you need a fertility friend, a supportive space, a community who understands, a newsletter to help you feel seen.

Comment YT to learn more about how we can help. 💛🩵

Stopping fertility treatment without the children you dreamed of can carry a kind of grief the world rarely talks about.
A grief for the future you imagined.
The role you thought you’d have.
The years your life revolved around trying.

A meaningful, connected, beautiful life is still possible, even if it looks different than the one you imagined.
Comment FULL LIFE for our tool kit on building a full life without children. ❤️

A mama is a mama.

Whether your story includes IVF, donor conception, miscarriage, adoption, single motherhood, embryos, loss, waiting, or paths that look different than you imagined.

The journeys are not all the same. The needs are not all the same. But every story deserves care, support, and community.

However you are building - or grieving - your family, there is space for you here. 🫶🏼

It’s World Fertility Day, and we have a few notes. 📝

At Yesh Tikva, we believe awareness isn’t just about understanding infertility. It’s about understanding the people experiencing it, without judgment or expectations.

World Fertility Day comes once a year. Compassion, sensitivity, and support should be part of the conversation every day. 💛

Hobbies? Oh, plenty. Reading, shopping, checking the patient portal 47 times a day. Very well-rounded. 😂

It’s amazing how IVF can turn an entire medical process into what somehow feels like your main extracurricular activity.

We know how consuming this journey can be. And we’re here to remind you that you deserve support, connection, and a life beyond your latest lab results. 💛

Things you never wanted to know in GREAT detail. And things you probably should know by now. (Don’t tell dad). 🫠

It’s an impressive amount of knowledge to acquire for a degree you never applied for, in a subject you never planned to study.

We know infertility comes with an entire education nobody signed up for. And while there’s so much you’re forced to learn along the way, figuring out how to navigate it all shouldn’t be something you have to do alone. 💛

Nothing to see here. Just a perfectly normal airplane ride with a carry-on full of injectable hormones. ✈️🙈

At some point during IVF, the completely absurd becomes completely normal.

At Yesh Tikva, we see the extraordinary things that become part of your everyday routine. And sometimes, you just have to laugh at the absurdity of it all. 🩵🥹

The red flags are there. The boundaries are nonexistent. And somehow, we’re more committed than ever. 🚩😂

If you know, you know - but we wish you didn’t have to. 💛

The staff? Incredible. The pricing? Questionable. The scheduling? Aggressive. The emotional roller coaster? Would have appreciated a warning.

And yet, somehow, here we are again. 🙈

At Yesh Tikva, we know that the IVF experience comes with some VERY mixed reviews. Whatever your rating is today, we’re here for you. 💛

Thank you for your email. Your message is important to us. Unfortunately, so are my follicles. 🙈😬

At Yesh Tikva, we know that fertility treatment doesn’t exactly come with an option to put the rest of your life on hold. We’re here for all the scheduling chaos, uncertainty, and everything in between. 💛🩵

If only you could put these skills to use at a job that actually paid you. 😂

IVF has a way of turning you into a highly qualified professional in a field you never applied to work in. And somehow, you’re still paying for the privilege.

Speaking of professional development, at Yesh Tikva Academy, we actually offer continuing education credits!

Because if anyone understands the value of continuing education, it’s someone who’s had to learn an entirely new medical vocabulary against their will. 💛

Sorry, but we cannot understand the words coming out of your mouth. 😂

You weren’t trying? You weren’t tracking ovulation? You were drinking coffee and eating In-N-Out? And there was no copay?!
We’re going to need you to explain this entire process to us. Slowly.

All jokes aside, when you’ve been navigating infertility, the idea that pregnancy can just happen without a medical team, a medication schedule, or a spreadsheet can feel like an entirely different universe.

At Yesh Tikva, we know how much goes into a journey that others may never have to think twice about. And we’re here for you through all of it. 💛
