POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I realized I share a lot of places, events, and random things I’m out doing, but I never really introduced myself on here sooo…

Heyyyy y’all 👋🏾 I’m Kham, and this page is basically me sharing things to do in Dallas, local gems, little lifestyle moments, and whatever I find myself getting into. If you like trying new spots, being outside, and finding stuff that’s actually worth checking out, welcome 🤍 taken in Dallas, Texas by @yesmaamkham

Okay, this is definitely a dinner night idea 👀🥩

Benihana has a whole 6-course Wagyu experience where you get to choose between 3 Wagyu cuts + 4 different butters. I went with the American Masami Ribeye + truffle butter and yeahhh… chef’s kiss 🤌🏾

And when I say come hungry, COME HUNGRY 😂 They give you so much food throughout the whole experience.

And if you didn’t know, they also have the Friends With Benefits program where you can earn rewards when you dine at participating restaurants + keep track of everything right in the app.

Who are you bringing with you? 👀

I told myself I was going to start taking content creation more seriously… so I went to @vidsummit annd whewww, I definitely left with soooo many notes, ideas, and things I need to actually DO.

I got to sit in on some really good sessions, learn about different creator apps, meet people doing some dope things and just be in a room full of people who really get content.

And if I learned anything… I need to stop sitting on all this content and POST IT 😂

So yeahhhh, y’all might actually start seeing me more 👀

Definitely walked away with a lot and I can definitely say I’d go back!

Content, cocktails, and good energy 📸🍸✨

Had such a good time at the @creativegirlconnect event in Atlanta meeting other women, creating content, networking, and just being in a room with good energy.

One of my favorite parts was writing encouraging letters for confidence kits for middle school girls with @begirlpwrd. I loved that we got to connect with each other, have fun and still take a little time to pour into the next generation.

Definitely one of those events that reminded me how much I enjoy spaces where women can connect, support each other and do something meaningful at the same time. 🩷

My mom called me and said she was gonna be in DC for her birthday, so you know I had to pull up 🥹❤️

We packed A LOT into a few days and somehow still barely scratched the surface.

Also, shoutout to my @flyfrontier GoWild Pass because when your mama calls you last minute, a $30 round-trip flight will have you pulling up REAL quick 😂✈️

What we got into in DC 📍

🍗 Burning Bird Hot Chicken @burninbirddc
🏛️ National Museum of African American History & Culture @nmaahc
🍽️ Oohh’s & Aahh’s @oohhsnaahhs_
🥂 Kinfolk Southern Kitchen @kinfolksouthernkitchen
🌊 The Wharf @thewharfdc
🎨 U Street
🌭 Ben’s Chili Bowl @benseverything
✊🏾 Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial
🏛️ Lincoln Memorial

DC, I’m definitely gonna have to run you back because there’s still so much we didn’t get to see.

Save this for some ideas for your next Washington, DC trip 🤎

EP. 2: Velocity Sim Racing Lounge 🏁

@velocitysimlounge just opened in Dallas, and this is such a fun option when you want to do something besides going out to eat.

They have over 30 racing simulators that move with the track, so you can actually feel every turn, drift, and crash. You can choose your car, track, and difficulty level, so beginners are definitely welcome.

Races start at $25 and they also have food and a full bar, which makes it perfect for a birthday, date night, girls’ night, or a fun group outing.

Save this for your next Dallas adventure and follow for more things to do in Dallas for under $30. 💸

Atlanta had me outsideeee!

Between Invest Fest, RenderATL, the Tech Race 5K, networking events, trying new restaurants and exploring Atlanta, I had a full week.

And somehow I still didn’t get to do everything I wanted to do 😩

I guess that just means Atlanta will be seeing me again soon 🤷🏾‍♀️

Every Atlanta trip needs at least one stop here.

I started with the deviled crab eggs and baby… 10/10.

Then I got the Aftah Church Plate with candied yams, collard greens, mac & cheese and wings. Everything was hitting. No misses.

And that Yella Boi drink? Very much strong 😂

Virgil’s is just one of those spots that always does it for me. Good food, good vibes, and I already know I’m making a stop every time I’m in Atlanta.

Add this one to your list and save it for your next Atlanta trip.

Two miles for breakfast with @sweatysteady on this beautiful Saturday 🏃🏽‍♀️

I really love that this space is for beginner runners, slower pace runners, walkers. It’s such an inclusive community and I’m thankful @mskaimichelle saw fit to create this. It’s truly your race, your pace and as someone who’s still building her running confidence, I’m here for it 🩷🧡

Used my PTO (& free will) and honestly it was the best decision I made this year.

No itinerary. No plans. Just me, the Bahamas, and endless conch (I literally ate it everyday!). 🐚

I really don’t know why I waited so long to just go but I’m so glad I finally made it happen ☀️🌴
