…just KEEP LIVIN….is what my Grandmama would say.
STAY IN…
DON’T GIVE UP!

As a woman in her greater 40’s I’m making sure to do what makes sense! So being mindful that Root Veggies n’ Berries does a body good is a WIN!

Let’s take our heart health for instance…Beets are rich in nitrates and potassium, which help dilate blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and improve stamina.

Also our Metabolism and Weight Management: Berries are packed with dietary fiber that helps meet daily targets (around 25 grams) to curb hunger as our estrogen levels fluctuate.

Listen we can get a handle on our health and wellness if we start early and even now…it’s really never too late.

I keep juice on me…so please hit me up if you’re ready to start a NEW!
