Five years ago, we started with a simple but powerful conviction; that real estate should be built on trust, structure, and long-term value. Today, as we celebrate 5 years of Yettydlaw Properties, our hearts are full of gratitude. Because this journey has never been ours alone. Every client who trusted us with their investment… Every partner who believed in the vision… Every supporter who amplified our voice… You made this story possible. What began as a vision has grown into a thriving community of clients, partners, and supporters who believed in us and trusted us with one of the most important decisions anyone can make; investing in property. Today, we celebrate not just 5 years in business, but a defining milestone: ₦1 Billion in property sales. One billion naira worth of trust. One billion naira worth of belief. One billion naira worth of dreams secured through property. But milestones are not where vision stops. To commemorate our 5th anniversary, we are launching something truly special. Deserving of all the love that I give to you by @yettydlaw
When I made my first tweet on X on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at exactly 4:23pm, I honestly did not think anything would come out of it. I was just angry. I had already vented physically to the people around me after discovering what had happened. I had been asking myself the same question over and over again: “Where did my data go?” So I came online and tweeted it and that was it; Just pure frustration. I wasn’t trying to start a movement. I wasn’t trying to become the face of anything. I wasn’t trying to fight anybody. I just wanted an explanation for something I had paid for. And somehow, that one question has grown into this. People started reaching out. Then more people. Evidence started coming in. Data analysts started looking at the numbers. Lawyers volunteered. Technical experts volunteered. People I had never met from different countries started giving their time, knowledge and expertise because they also believe that consumers deserve answers. And now we’re building something much bigger than what I initially intended. I still don’t have a predetermined conclusion. I don’t want one. I want the evidence examined properly. I want the records reconciled. I want the facts established. And I want the truth to speak for itself. Because really, why should asking “How was my data used?” be an unreasonable question? If I paid for it, I should be able to understand how it was deducted. ALL I WANT, ASK FOR AND DESERVE IS TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY and ANSWERS FROM MTN AND NIGERIA’S TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR AT LARGE. What started with ONE has become a call for transparency, accountability and fairness for every Nigerian consumer and the telecommunications sector we all depend on. What started with this one simple question has become much bigger than I ever imagined. I bought 800GB for ₦125,000. About 104 days later, I was told I had 91.45GB left approximately 708.55GB depleted. So I asked MTN a simple question: WHERE DID MY DATA GO? Not because I believe data cannot be consumed but because I PAID FOR THAT DATA, and I believe I have the right to understand how it was deducted. If you’ve experienced unusual, unexplained or disputed data depletion, by @yettydlaw
Finances and Money Conversations should be a daily habit💰 Knowledge about money and conversations around our finances should never be something we approach with fear, shame, or discomfort. I created Cards By Yettydlaw Properties out of my genuine love for finance and my belief that we need to make money conversations easier, more intentional, and even more fun because ometimes, all it takes is one question, one conversation, or one different perspective to completely change the way you see money. So, whether you’re playing with your friends, partner, family, colleagues or even strangers, start the conversation. Learn. Share. Grow. Grab a deck or two for yourself via the link below or walk into any @rovingheights Bookstore near you. 🃏💰 Money conversations are a seamless conversation with our card deck. The Okoye family’s dispute has reignited conversations about jointly owned property, family businesses, and legal ownership. While the facts remain contested, one thing is clear: many disputes like this can be prevented with proper legal documentation and governance. Whether you’re buying property with a spouse, sibling, friend, business partner, or family member, never rely solely on verbal agreements or trust. Ensure your ownership structure is properly documented, your rights are clearly defined, and there is a legal framework for resolving disputes if they arise. At Lawrified, we believe legal protection should begin before disagreements arise not after because our lifelong principle is PREVENTION is better than CURE. Don’t just buy property. Buy right. Buy safe. Buy protected. 📞 0903 188 3532 📧 lawrifiedd@gmail.com 📍 Lagos, Nigeria Signed, Sealed & Lawrified. by @yettydlaw

تَقَبَّلَ ٱللَّٰهُ مِنَّا وَمِنكُمْ Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum May Allah accept (good deeds and sacrifices) from us and from you. Eid al-Adha reminds us of something profound: the greatest blessings often come after sacrifice, patience, and trust in Allah. Sometimes, the life we pray for asks for discipline. Sometimes, the doors we seek require sabr before they open. Sometimes, growth demands that we surrender fear and trust Allah completely. The story of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) teaches us that sincere faith is trusting Allah even when we do not yet understand the full picture knowing that what is written by Him carries wisdom, mercy, and reward. As we celebrate this blessed Eid, may Allah accept our sacrifices, forgive our shortcomings, expand our rizq, place barakah in all that concerns us, and grant us peace in our hearts, homes, and affairs. May this Eid bring answered prayers, divine ease, elevation, and beautiful new beginnings. Eid Mubarak from Yettydlaw Properties #eidmubarak #ileya2026 by @yettydlaw

My thoughts on Shina This book is woven around politics, activism, romance, betrayal and so much more. The cover image is just a perfect illustration of the storyline. May the souls of those we’ve lost in the fight for what is right, in the line of activism rest in perfect peace. HAPPY WORLD BOOK DAY #worldbookday by @yettydlaw
