Most of the meditation practices taught in the West are actually masculine in nature. They focus on sitting still, concentrating the mind, and following a clear structure. Examples are Vipassana, Zen sitting, mantra, breath counting. These practices came mostly from monastic traditions that were created by men, so the emphasis naturally became discipline, focus, and mental control.

Alongside these practices, there are feminine forms of meditation that many people do not learn. These include tantric feminine meditations, somatic awareness, movement rituals, Sufi whirling, Continuum Movement, and other indigenous practices that focus on the body, the senses, and emotional flow. Their roots come from earth-based cultures where meditation meant feeling, opening, receiving, and letting life move through you.

Masculine meditation develops qualities like stillness, direction, clarity, focus, and strong inner boundaries. Feminine meditation develops qualities like flow, surrender, receptivity, expansion, and sensual awareness. When people practice only one side, something goes out of balance. Too much masculine practice can make someone rigid or disconnected from the body. Too much feminine practice can make someone ungrounded or emotionally overwhelmed.

When you practice both, your inner world becomes whole. The masculine practices give you stability and direction. The feminine practices give you softness and depth. Together, they create a meditation path that feels complete, balanced, and deeply alive.

Love this trend.😂
The Science behind the pleasure of breath:

1. It’s an Internal Massage (The Mechanics) Most of us think breathing happens in the lungs, but a true deep breath starts in the diaphragm. When you breathe deep, your diaphragm moves down and literally massages your internal organs—your stomach, liver, and intestines.
The Feeling: It feels like a hug from the inside out. It releases tension held deep in your belly that you didn’t even know was there.

2. The “Safety Switch” (The Biology) This is the Vagus Nerve connection. Deep breathing pushes a button in your brain that says, “We are safe.” Your body releases Acetylcholine, a natural chemical that acts like a tranquilizer. It slows your heart rate and drops your blood pressure within seconds.
The Feeling: That specific sensation of “melting” or “landing.” It’s the biological opposite of anxiety.

3. It Changes Your Blood Chemistry (The High) When we are stressed, we take short, shallow breaths, which makes our blood slightly more acidic. Deep, rhythmic breathing floods the body with oxygen and balances the pH level of your blood (alkalizing it).
The Feeling: A sudden clarity. The “brain fog” lifts, and you feel a natural, clean buzz of energy.

4. It satisfies a Primal Hunger (The instinct) We have a constant, unconscious hunger for air. When you finally take a massive, slow inhale, you are satisfying your body’s most urgent need.
The Feeling: Deep satisfaction. It’s the same reward system in the brain that lights up when you eat when you’re hungry or drink water when you’re thirsty.

5. It is the only “High” you don’t have to chase (The Personal) We spend so much time chasing pleasure outside of ourselves—through food, screens, or buying things. Breath is the only pleasure source that is already inside you, free, and infinite.
The Feeling: Sovereignty. Knowing you have everything you need to feel good right here, right now. taken in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brasil by @yevz

Comment “UNION” for polarity map.
We know you’ve been waiting for this one, ladies... it’s finally the men's turn! 😊
We talk a lot about wanting a soft, surrendered, wildly passionate Queen—a woman who drops her armor and trusts us completely.
But a sovereign woman doesn't surrender her guard to a partner who is passive, uncertain, or defensive. She relaxes her shoulders when she meets a man whose inner structure matches her depth.
If you're ready to step into the grounded presence that invites her to lean in, here is where it starts in daily life:
1. Be the mountain: Stay calm and steady when she gets emotional, instead of shutting down or pulling away. Your grounded energy is what creates safety.
2. Listen without fighting back: Hear her raw truth without getting defensive, fixing her feelings, or judging her experience.
3. Take the wheel: Take real initiative in daily life so she doesn't feel forced to carry all the mental load and manage everything herself.
4. Hold calm boundaries: Speak your boundaries with quiet, clear confidence instead of withdrawing in cold silence or reacting in anger.
5. Bring the spark: Bring fun energy and clear direction into your plans instead of defaulting to a passive "I don't know, whatever you want."
6. Meet her heart to heart: Meet her with real emotional presence instead of retreating behind cold logic to avoid deep feeling.
Real magnetic union isn't built on demanding her to change—it's built on two partners taking radical ownership of their own energy. 🥀

2025. The year that started in an office overlooking the ocean in Goa, continued with a ceremony in the Peruvian jungle, and ends in the Atlantic Forest of Brazil. In between, everything shifted.
📍 January (Goa): Living the dream. High-tech, sunsets, and breathwork workshops. On paper, everything was perfect.
📍 February (The Crash): Everything flips. My department closes, I get laid off. The next day, my gut collapses. Extreme weakness. My body signals: STOP.
📍 March-April (Israel): Landing back home, minus 15kg. Fighting for vitality through Vipassana and movement, even when my body felt like it was betraying me.
📍 May-June (The Diagnosis): Celiac & H. Pylori discovered. My relationship with “digestion” changes forever. Simultaneously: War sirens and shelters. A crash course in survival mode.
📍 July-August (Rebuilding): Healing through manual labor and graduating my Trauma Therapy studies. We pack up our home of 4 years and fly. Next stop: Peru.
📍 September (Resilience): Trekking in Huaraz. Proving to myself that my body is capable of more than I thought.
📍 October (The Jungle): Deep dive into the Amazon. Intensive work with Ayahuasca and Kambo. Not a “trip,” but a deep detox. I underwent initiation to serve Kambo—transforming my pain into professional knowledge.
📍 November-December (Integration): From the Andes to Brazil. Volunteering, working the earth, breathing. Back to simplicity.
I end this year in gratitude.
For the Alchemy: How to turn a layoff into freedom, and a physical collapse into a journey of power at the edge of the world.
I learned to use every disruption as a springboard and to live fully, unapologetically.
And to my partner, Shaked. @i.love.you.healing
Thank you for the softness you bring. Traveling and navigating life together is a complex dance, but your ability to nourish and love through it all is pure magic. Love you. taken in Paulo Lopes by @yevz

“Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths.”
Etty Hillesum, a Jewish diarist who found inner peace even in the midst of a Nazi concentration camp. While the world around her was collapsing, she discovered a quiet refuge within anchored by presence, breath, and surrender.

Modern science now echoes what Etty intuitively knew: even a single breath can shift our state.
Your breath is both a mirror and a tool. When you’re anxious, it races. When you’re calm, it slows. But here’s the magic.
By changing your breath, you can change your state.

Between two deep breaths, something profound happens.
Your nervous system recalibrates. Your mind stops chasing. You return to yourself.
It’s in that pause. not in the doing - that you find real rest. Real resource.

And yet, we live in a culture that constantly tells us to seek more: more productivity, more healing modalities, more external fixes.
But the most powerful medicine might be the simplest of all:
A slow, conscious breath, and the sacred stillness it reveals. by @yevz

We see so many “spiritual” people get stuck treating their relationship as a self-development workshop. They analyze every trigger, turn every tension into a “somatic practice,” and make intimacy feel like heavy work.

But the highest purpose of the 3rd Entity isn’t fixing each other—it’s celebrating life.

You cannot walk a heavy, analytical path to a joyful, abundant destination. Read that again.

When you build the capacity to be present, play, and enjoy the fruits of your union right now, co-creation becomes effortless. 🍓

Stop fixing. Start playing.

Across cultures, breath is seen as more than oxygen — it’s the doorway to life-energy.
In Yoga, Prana is the life-force carried by the breath and guided through breathwork.
In Chinese medicine, Qi moves with every inhale and exhale, balancing the body’s internal flow.
In the Andean tradition, Samay is literally “breath-spirit,” connecting people to mountains and nature through gentle breathing.
In Polynesia, Mana grows through presence, intention, and the steady breath that centers a person in their power.
In Japan, Ki is strengthened through calm, unified breathing in movement and meditation.
In Kabbalah, Ruach is the “spirit-breath” that animates emotion and inner life.

Different names, different cultures, but all point to same truth:
when you return to your breath, you return to your energy, your clarity, and your sense of being alive. by @yevz

We say we want a conscious, "Divine Masculine" partner—a man who is grounded, present, and ready to hold space.
But attracting and keeping that kind of polarity doesn't happen by waiting for him to change. It happens when you show up as the partner capable of receiving him.
If you're ready to step into the energy that actually invites a King to show up, here is where it starts in daily life:
1. Be his lover, not his manager: Stop treating him like a child or managing his life. When you stop mothering him, you finally give him the space to step up and lead.
2. Speak your truth directly: Drop the silent treatment and the expectation for him to read your mind. Express what you need clearly and softly.
3. Anchor your own emotional state: Learn to take a breath and regulate your own bad mood instead of dumping it on his shoulders or punishing him for having an off day.
4. Feed the field with appreciation: Focus on what he did do instead of complaining about what he forgot. A man stays where he feels respected and seen.
5. Protect the respect: Keep treating him with dignity, even in the middle of a conflict when you feel annoyed.
Real magnetic union isn't built on perfection—it's built on two partners taking radical ownership of their own energy. 🥀

The vagus nerve is the most underrated life hack your body came with.
It’s a single nerve that connects your brain to nearly every major organ—like an inner highway for healing, calm, connection, and pleasure.
When you activate it, you’re not just relaxing—you’re shifting into a state where your body digests better, your heart beats smoother, your emotions regulate naturally, and your intimacy deepens.

Forget expensive gadgets—this is the built-in system nature gave you to thrive.
The best part? You can stimulate it with your breath, your voice, your touch.
It’s not woo-woo. It’s biology.
And once you learn how to work with it, everything changes.

One powerful way? Try the Voo sound, a somatic practice from Dr. Peter Levine.
	1.	Sit upright with your feet on the ground.
	2.	Place one hand on your chest, the other on your belly.
	3.	Inhale deeply through your nose.
	4.	Exhale slowly with a deep “vooooo,” like a foghorn—feel the vibration in your body.
	5.	Pause, notice sensations, and repeat for a few minutes.

This simple practice, rooted in polyvagal theory, helps activate the vagus nerve and strengthen your body’s natural capacity to calm, connect, and heal.

Wouldn't it just make so much more sense?
Think about it: You choose to be with someone, to share your life with them, and yet so often... you just feel irritated by them.
Why?
It’s become such a common belief that long-term relationships are "just like that."
Well, they don't have to be. It is completely in your hands.
You can create the relationship of your dreams.
We did.
It takes a conscious decision: to choose to be in love, to actively focus on the good in your partner, and to use your union as an excuse to feel soooo good. ❤️✨ by @yevz
