Whoa, why is this meat so heavy?
Wait, salmon over rice… in a clay pot?
What country is this place even from?
Thai! But make it Japanese fusion...

Japanese vibes all over the place,
especially this salmon clay pot—half Japan, half Thailand!
Even the rice alone, with that katsuobushi aroma… so good.

But this giant short rib curry? Straight-up galbijjim!
Look how easily that bone slides out.
I’m telling you, this is galbijjim...

Then fluffy, crispy roti,
fried calamari too.
Okay, they can fry.
And sirloin… as an appetizer?
Even the mango parfait is loaded with sticky rice.

Big flavors, big portions, and a Thai spot that keeps you guessing.
