Story time: Photo was taken after two years of driving it. After graduating highschool, I asked my dad to teach me how to drive stick shift. We began driving every night in his '88 V6 Nissan pickup truck for about two weeks until I was comfortable with it. Soon after, he found this car on his way to work and bought it for me to commute to a nearby community college. It was an all-stock '96 Accord LX that was in rough shape; I learned a lot on it. In my mind, it was supposed to be a daily beater until I graduate college and find a full-time job to buy a different car. My older brother eventually got me a set of ebay black-housed headlights. At the time, my friend had a '95 Accord coupe that inspired me to start modifying mine, but I was still reluctant due to it being an old car. Eventually, after looking at builds on Accord forums, I retrofitted the front lip onto it then later the rears. It snowballed in 2016 when I had enough funds to buy another Accord and do an engine swap. I found a one-owner '96 Accord LX, same color and everything, and went all in. I asked one of my friends to go with me to help drive it back that day. After the swap in the "new" Accord, I sold this one. It was a good time and to this day, I still enjoy driving an old Honda, but only on short trips haha. by @ygaccord

My daily jdm DB8r with usdm bumper. I've been to CHD4, CHD6, but CHD10 is by far my favorite.

I purchased two photos from the weekend. The Accord coupe seats I installed held me in much better than the original seats and I had better control. The NSX calipers felt good as it should and didn't experience any brake fade. All in all it was a great weekend spent at Tail of the Dragon with my brother-in-law and friend.

Just washed the car and all the brake dust off the wheels. I don't think I noticed much difference between my old calipers and this, but I guess it's nice to look at now. by @ygaccord
