Day 14 of the #30DaysChallenge. šŸš€

Okay, I have to admit it again… I missed two days of posting. šŸ˜…

This challenge has really shown me that consistency is easier to talk about than to practise. Some days I remember early, some days I remember late, and sometimes life gets busy and I completely miss the day.

But one thing I don’t want to do is give up.

I’ve already come this far, and even if the journey isn’t perfect, I’m going to keep showing up and keep sharing what I’m learning.

So, if you’ve been following my journey from Day 1, thank you so much. And if you’re just joining, please keep following along. Your likes, comments, and words of encouragement really help me stay motivated to continue this journey.

Now, back to learning. 😊

One thing I learned from my Performance Marketing class at TS Academy is that different advertising platforms serve different purposes.

Google Ads is useful when people are already actively searching for a solution. Meta Ads can help with awareness, social proof, and reaching audiences based on their interests and behaviours. LinkedIn Ads, on the other hand, can be useful for reaching professional and B2B audiences.

My takeaway is simple: being everywhere isn’t always the answer. Sometimes, choosing the right platform for the right audience and goal matters more.

Two missed days, but we’re back.

We keep pushing. šŸ’ŖšŸ½

Day 13 of the #30DaysChallenge. šŸš€

Today felt a bit more technical, but it also made me appreciate why marketers rely so much on data.

We learned about campaign objectives and the key metrics used to measure performance, things like Reach, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.

I’ll be honest, seeing all those abbreviations at first looked intimidating.

But once they were explained, I realised they’re simply different ways of answering one question:

ā€œIs what I’m doing actually working?ā€

That mindset shift stood out to me.

Instead of guessing, performance marketing gives you numbers that help you make better decisions.

I’m still learning, but every day I’m becoming a little more confident than I was yesterday.

Thank you to everyone who’s been liking, commenting, and encouraging me throughout this challenge. It means more than you know.

See you on Day 14. šŸ’™

Day 12 of the #30DaysChallenge. šŸš€

Today’s class gave me one lesson I’ll probably never forget.

Ads don’t make sales. Businesses do.

Meta can help get people to your website or WhatsApp, but what happens after that is completely up to you. If your website is confusing, your customer service is poor, or your pricing doesn’t make sense, people will leave without buying.

That really changed my perspective.

Sometimes we blame marketing when the real problem is the experience customers have after clicking the ad.

As someone interested in both product and marketing, this lesson hit differently because it reminded me that every part of the customer journey matters.

Another day, another valuable lesson.

Thanks for coming along on this journey with me.

See you tomorrow. šŸ’™

Day 11 of the #30DaysChallenge. šŸš€

One thing I’ve realised during this challenge is that marketing isn’t just about getting people to see your product.

It’s about getting the right people to see it.

Today’s lesson was on the different types of Meta Ads, and I was surprised by how many options businesses actually have. From image ads and videos to carousels, Reels, Stories, WhatsApp ads, and Lead Forms, each one has a different purpose depending on what you’re trying to achieve.

Before today, I thought an ad was just… an ad.

Now I understand that choosing the wrong format can affect your results even before someone sees your offer.

I’m learning that good marketing isn’t random. Every decision has a purpose.

Day by day, things are starting to make a lot more sense.

Thanks to everyone following this journey. Your support really keeps me going.

See you on Day 12. šŸ’™

Day 10 of the #30DaysChallenge. šŸŽ‰

I almost forgot to post today. šŸ˜…

I looked at the time and realised the day was almost over. For a moment, I thought, ā€œI’ll just continue tomorrow.ā€

But then I remembered why I started this challenge.

This journey isn’t about having perfect timing or never missing a beat. It’s about building the discipline to show up, even when it’s inconvenient, even when I’m tired, and even when I almost forget.

So… we’re still here, and we’re still pushing. šŸ’ŖšŸ½

Today’s lesson in my Social Media Marketing programme at TS Academy was about the Customer Journey.

One thing I found really interesting is that customers don’t instantly decide to buy a product. They go through a journey. First, they become aware of a problem, then they start looking for solutions, compare different options, make a decision, and hopefully become loyal customers.

It reminded me that good marketing isn’t just about making a sale. It’s about understanding where people are in their journey and giving them the right information at the right time.

Ten days down, twenty more to go.

If you’ve been following my journey so far, thank you. Every like, comment, and word of encouragement keeps me going and reminds me that showing up is worth it.

See you on Day 11! šŸš€

Day 9 of the #30DaysChallenge.

I have another confession to make… I missed yesterday’s post. šŸ˜…

This challenge has honestly been harder than I expected. Learning every day is one thing, but showing up consistently to share that journey publicly is another.

There are days when life gets busy, motivation drops, or I simply forget. Yesterday was one of those days.

But one thing I’m learning, both from this challenge and from life, is that missing one day doesn’t mean giving up. You acknowledge it, pick yourself up, and keep going.

So here I am… back again. 😊

As part of my Social Media Marketing journey with TS Academy, we’re currently learning about Product Marketing, and today’s lesson was on Buyer Personas.

One thing that really stood out to me is that understanding your audience goes beyond knowing their age or job title. It’s about understanding their goals, frustrations, motivations, and what influences the decisions they make.

The better you understand the people you’re trying to reach, the better you can create products, content, and marketing that genuinely connects with them.

As for this challenge, I’m still committed to seeing it through.

If you’ve been following my journey, thank you. Your likes, comments, and encouragement genuinely keep me motivated to continue showing up, even on the days I fall behind.

Here’s to getting back on track and finishing what I started. šŸ’™

Day 8 of the #30DaysChallenge.

Today’s lesson was on Primary and Secondary Market Research.

I learned that not all research has to come directly from your customers.

Sometimes valuable insights already exist through industry reports, competitor websites, Google Trends, Reddit, or TikTok search. That’s called secondary research.

Primary research, on the other hand, comes directly from your audience through surveys, interviews, user feedback, and conversations.

The biggest takeaway for me is that good marketing decisions are backed by data, not assumptions.

Day 7 of the #30DaysChallenge.

Today’s class introduced Target Audience and Market Segmentation, and it completely changed how I think about marketing.

Before now, I assumed that if your product is good, everyone should want it. But that’s rarely the case.

The lesson taught me that effective marketing isn’t about speaking to everyone. It’s about identifying the people who need your solution most and tailoring your message to them.

A message that works for students may not work for business owners, even if they’re using the same product.

Another reminder that knowing your audience is just as important as knowing your product.

Day 6 of the #30DaysChallenge.

One thing I’m enjoying about this challenge is that I’m learning while also building the confidence to share what I learn publicly. It isn’t always easy, but I’m glad I started.

Today’s lesson in my Social Media Marketing programme at TS Academy focused on Market Research.

One thing that stood out to me is that before creating or marketing a product, you need to know whether there’s actually a problem worth solving.

Instead of guessing, businesses research the market to identify opportunities, understand their audience, and create products people genuinely need.

It reminded me that good marketing starts with listening, not selling.

I’m looking forward to learning more and sharing the journey with you.

Day 5 of the #30DaysChallenge.

I have to start with an apology… I missed yesterday’s post. šŸ˜…

If you know me, you know posting consistently isn’t really my thing. It’s something I’ve struggled with for a while, and this challenge is pushing me well outside my comfort zone.

I was tempted to let one missed day turn into two, but then I reminded myself why I started this journey in the first place.

So, no excuses. We keep pushing.

As part of my Social Media Marketing journey with TS Academy, we’re currently learning about Product Marketing, and today’s lesson introduced the idea of Market Share.

One thing I found interesting is that success isn’t just about how many people buy your product. It’s also about how much of the market your product actually owns compared to competitors.

For example, if a market sells 1 million units in a year and your product accounts for 100,000 of those sales, your market share is 10%.

It made me realise that businesses don’t just measure growth by sales alone. They also pay close attention to how they’re performing against the competition, because that’s a better indicator of their position in the market.

I’m looking forward to learning more and sharing these lessons as I continue this 30-day journey.

Thanks for sticking with me, even after yesterday’s missed post. I hope you’ll continue to follow along as I learn, grow, and become more consistent.

Day 4 of the #30DaysChallenge.

I’ll be honest, posting consistently is not one of my strengths.

Starting this challenge has been more challenging than I expected. Not because I don’t enjoy learning, but because showing up every day, sharing publicly, and documenting the journey takes a level of discipline I’m still building.

There have already been moments where I’ve thought, ā€œI’ll just post later,ā€ but that’s exactly why I decided to commit to this challenge in the first place.

My goal isn’t to have the perfect post every day. It’s to stay consistent, learn in public, and hopefully look back 30 days from now and see how much I’ve grown.

So if you’re seeing this, I’d love for you to follow along on the journey. Whether you’re learning something new, building a career, or simply trying to become more consistent, we’re probably figuring some of the same things out.

As part of my Social Media Marketing journey with TS Academy, we’re currently learning about Product Marketing.

One of today’s lessons was the Product Life Cycle, which explains the different stages every product goes through:

• Introduction
• Growth
• Maturity
• Decline

My biggest takeaway is that marketing isn’t a one-size-fits-all activity. The strategy that works when a product is launching won’t necessarily work when it’s already established in the market.

The more I learn, the more I realise that good marketing is about understanding where a product is today and adapting your approach accordingly.

Four days down. Twenty-six more to go.

Let’s see this through.

Day 3 of my Social Media Marketing learning journey.
Today’s lesson covered different types of products and audiences.
One thing that stood out to me is how differently businesses communicate depending on who they’re selling to.
A company selling to consumers won’t market the same way as a company selling to other businesses.
Understanding the audience is becoming a recurring theme throughout this course.
