Finally finished my series of the meaning of wearing rings on different fingers. Thumb rings are so special. It’s not common, and I have to say it’s also not the most comfortable. Yesterday’s Kintsugi workshop in Amsterdam was pure magic. ✨

For a few hours, time stood still. No urgent notifications, no endless scrolling, no rush—just the calming rhythm of putting broken pieces back together.

In a world that constantly pushes us to replace what’s damaged, Kintsugi (金継ぎ) teaches us the exact opposite: to honor every crack and weave our history with gold. Watching everyone slow down, connect, and breathe new life into their ceramics was truly special. 💛
