POSTS STORIES REELS

Two cities, two atmospheres: one new signature cocktail menu.

While some combinations surprise, others may feel wonderfully familiar. Some would challenge your palate, whereas others will offer the simple comfort of a nice balanced drink.

An exploration of flavours, textures and contrasts, bringing together a new selection of creations, ready to be discovered.

The pleasure of making them is ours. The pleasure of discovering them is yours ❤️

Three years ago, we opened a door. You turned what was behind it into something far more special than we could have imagined. And for that, we can’t thank you enough.

On Thursday, November 5th, from 9 pm, we’re celebrating our third anniversary, and we’d love to celebrate it with you. Come raise a glass to the memories we’ve made and all the ones still to come. 🍸

After all, the best stories are the ones we share.

With love,

The temperature is dropping, the evenings are getting darker, and terrace season might be coming to an end.
But don’t worry, it’s always warm inside !
Good cocktails, familiar faces and a cosy place to spend the evening… just ring the bell. We’ll take care of the rest. ❤️ by @yjrgroup

The first time I found it, I wasn’t looking for a bar, actually. I was just walking along the Korenlei, past the Ghent Marriott, past the obvious entrance, when I noticed there was another way in…
It sits underneath the hotel, inside an old cellar with its own entrance from the street.
Downstairs, the city feels different: quieter, darker… a little removed from everything above. And… yeah, maybe that’s what I like most about it : you know exactly where you are, and somehow it still feels hidden.

We have a confession to make. 🤫
Some of what you find in your glass doesn’t come from very far… Just a few steps above the bar, we grow herbs, flowers and garnishes on our rooftop, ready to make their way downstairs and into your cocktails.

I used to think I had to know what I wanted before sitting down at a bar.
Now I think quite the opposite : some of the best drinks I’ve had started with a « surprise me ». Maybe not knowing is part of the fun… trust the process, as they say ! by @yjrgroup

I don’t need a special occasion to order something good. I’ve made peace with that. by @yjrgroup

Some plans deserve to be extended, and that’s usually how the best evenings begin…

Every confession starts with a choice.
Open the menu : the rest is between you and us.

What will yours be tonight? by @yjrgroup

Guilty as charged. But in Belgium, complaining about the weather is basically a national pastime…

Your turn : what do you need to confess ?

Olive or twist ? by @yjrgroup

September says summer is over.
The Mai Tai says otherwise !

A little rum, a little lime, and suddenly summer doesn’t feel so far away… consider it a taste of holidays, without the plane ticket 😇 by @yjrgroup
