This Black History Month, we celebrate our community! With all of the meaningful ways we show up for ourselves and others, we honor those who have led the path for us and those who will follow in the future. 💙 ⠀
⠀
We'll be celebrating by taking this time to rest and reflect. Things will be a bit quiet for now but we look forward to connecting again in March. ⠀
⠀
During this time, we'll be reading Pause, Rest, Be: Stillness Practices for Courage in Times of Change by Octavia Raheem (@octaviaraheem). We encourage you to order a copy today and read along with us. ⠀
⠀
Happy BHM everyone! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏿‍♀️ by @ylacamp

“Happiness is not dependent on circumstances being exactly as we want them to be, or on ourselves being exactly as we’d like to be. Rather, happiness stems from loving ourselves and our lives exactly as they are, knowing that joy and pain, strength and weakness, glory and failure are all essential to the full human experience.” - Kristen Neff 💙 by @ylacamp
