TLC Charter School is the first and onlyinclusion model elementary school in the OC. Since opening in 2018, TLC has proudly welcomed each, every, and all students to learn together in our supported and caring classrooms — with arts enrichments, social-emotional learning, and individualized learning supports provided for every student in our care. At TLC, we celebrate what is special and unique about each child, and we provide the supports and services our students need to grow, learn, and thrive at school.

As you may also know, public school funding is insufficient in covering the costs of providing an inclusion model education. To make sure TLC can continue to provide our innovative and fully inclusive educational program, each year we must “fund the gap” between the services that our students need and the state/local/federal funds we receive.

Today, May 13th, TLC is partnering with 9 other nonprofits for the Empowering Possibilities Giving Day 2026, an online fundraiser to support people with disabilities in Orange County. To make sure we meet our goals, the Thompson Family Foundation has generously provided a matching grant fund that will match and double all donations received for the fundraiser on May 13th!
Please donate what you can to this incredible school! @tlccharter by @ylfoodgod

Food hasn’t taken a back seat lately, but posting here has. As life’s pace quickens and time flies at the speed of light- there’s less time to capture the smaller moments of enjoyment. These views forced me to stop and appreciate what makes life special- that everything we work for takes our dreams closer to reality. Happy St Pats, Slainte! ☘️🥂❤️ by @ylfoodgod
