This month is the month of Hirschsprung’s Disease Awareness. NOT all disease are visible and unfortunately this one is still very unknown and nearly every case its different. There is no cure at the moment so it is important to be diagnosed as early as it possible to choose a right treatment.

Our HD warrior had her 2nd surgery four years ago. Praying that God continues to give her parents the strength and knowledge so they may continue to provide a safe environment for Nyelle. To see her in action today, you would have never believed her story.

Started Kindergarten this year. God continues to amaze me as I watch her master ever skill. I’m one proud YaYa. This little girl truly has my heart.

I still stand in the distance watching everything that they do, ready to lift them up if they may fall, or be the shoulder they need to lean on. Each one doing amazing things in their life. Each one doing things their own way. When I see them, I see greatness. Watching them grow into the adults they are today, I couldn’t be more prouder. Always stand tall, and remember you are in charge of the path you take, no one else. Thank you God for choosing me to be their mother, and us to be their parents.

There are so many viruses out here. I have been down and in the bed for two days. My dr said it could last 7-10 days. I’m going to start my day of symptoms at last Friday, hoping I’m at the end. Thank you for the texts, no calls bc Verizon down, and those checking in on Mont. Let’s just hope he stays well.

I wake up to realize she is returning to school today. Im not as sad today, although Im going to miss her. I have enjoyed these last 3 months, realizing how much she has really grown. I never thought I would see another silly individual but she is a girl version of her dad. Keep those same laughs, continue to build true relationships, continue creating memories, most of all, continue making us proud. We love you Kierra Nesbit. Here’s to year 3! Thank you L for getting her back safely, even though she is going to have you working hard🤣
