Last Monday, we had a beautiful day on the course for our 28th Annual YMCA Golf Classic! From great swings and plenty of laughs to a little friendly competition, it was a fun day from start to finish.

A huge thank you to all of our players and sponsors for showing up and making this tournament such a great event. We're especially grateful to our Presenting Sponsor, Jackson Streets MEP Contractors, Inc., for their incredible support of our event.

We're so thankful for everyone who helped make this Golf Classic one to remember. Until next year! ⛳ by @ymcaokc

Did you know Oklahoma City is one of just three designated U.S. Soccer Soccer Forward communities in the country — alongside the South Bronx and Oakland?

This week, Joe Hewitt, Senior Advisor with Soccer Forward, spent two days in OKC touring our local soccer infrastructure and connecting with leaders from Fields & Futures, Oklahoma City Public Schools, OKC Parks, YMCA, PAL, Mas Futbol Foundation, Oklahoma Soccer Association, and Boys & Girls Clubs.

This designation creates an opportunity to bring new resources, partnerships and investment into Oklahoma City’s soccer community — and ultimately, expand access to the game for more kids.

The future is bright in OKC! ⚽ taken in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma by @ymcaokc

Every child deserves a place to learn, grow and belong. Our capital campaign is expanding access to high-quality childcare so more families can find the support they need and more children can thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.

We’re building more than new spaces. We’re creating opportunities that will strengthen our communities for generations to come.

A few months ago, Mike wasn't sure he'd ever be able to mow his yard through the summer again. Today, he's feeling stronger, sleeping better, improving his balance, and keeping up with his family, all thanks to a commitment to his health and the support of YMCA water aerobics.

At 78 years old, Mike proves it's never too late to make a change. His story is a powerful reminder that small steps can lead to big results.
