Still gardening through the fall season this year and I’m loving every moment!

I decided to choose 4 people who are serious about gardening next year at their home. I already have 3 so I’m looking for one more person.

The plan is for me to come to your home and help you get started. And together we can go through the spring, summer and fall seasons next year growing, learning and eating from all of our gardens.

If you are interested and live in DMV let me know! Remember the size of your space does not matter, the can grow in small locations and large locations!

Do you give back?

This is something that has always been important to me, it’s a way to say thank you and show how grateful I am.

In my hoodoo practice I often take dirt from different areas to manifest things in my life and I always return something and simply whisper “thank you”.

Life, sitting in the garden with the sun ☀️ shining while eating tomatoes and smelling the scent of basil. 🌿

Fascinated by life…

What if life chose you to walk through opposite of what your ego desired. What if your heart said, listen closely, I have a rhythm that will manifest your desires even when the truth feels fragile.

Perhaps travel is not only about discovering new places, but also about allowing the mind to step outside its familiar patterns and encounter the world with fresh awareness.

Today at the spa I realized how sexualized women are back home and how safe we are here to just be.

There is something profound about being in a space where the female body can simply exist, without automatically becoming an object of desire, scrutiny, or interpretation. Where nudity can be ordinary, where bodies can be different, and where a woman doesn’t have to constantly negotiate how she is seen.

Ladies.... in a world filled with social media / society / family / friends / strangers or lovers confusing women with how we should move, look, or live.
Sometimes you need to put down the scissors ✂️ and get a pair of shears to cut the cords from everything that gave you a false belief.

I have been focused on ME, expanding my knowledge in apothecary, gardening, thai bodywork and the nervous system.

I've been listening to the wind, the birds call me outside in the evening time and and they sing to me in the day time.

My ancestors are making themselves present in many ways.

I've been mixing herbs and clipping flowers for my daily personal use.

Today I sat in silence for an hour and my body spoke to me, my mind silenced.

Another words, I do dope $h!☆

This past Saturday I spent two hours with a woman that I enjoy calling "the one who facilitates the opening of the doors" because that's what healers do. They hold a safe space, they guide you into places that make you scream, laugh, cry and remember who you are.
The services I offer, I also receive, because I enjoy returning to evolved versions of ME that I lost along the way.

Today I steamed both my yoni and my body. I sunk into a cold bath with camphor and dragon time oil. I nourished myself with healthy foods. I draped my body in garments that touch my skin delicately and then I prepare and sip tea.
Its ceremonial.

Sleeping in the garden last night was magical.
