grief- a performance by meeeeee hehehehiiihiiiii

this performance is all about emotions. that i feel- that u feel- that eeeeeverybody feels.
we are united in grief.

in particular, this is about the 5 stages of grief model by elisabeth kübler-ross which is often used in psychology to define the stages/ process of emotion (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance) people go through, after experiencing loss (losing a job, person, breakup, friendship, basically anything u can loose that is important to you).
our society still has lots of work to do in accepting that feeling emotions is normal, being vulnerable is normal. that this is HUMAN (and that regardless of the gender btw)!!! which is why i came up with the idea to combine the things that i identify with the most: dance, psychology, emotions, ME.

thank u @rampenfieber.eu for letting me perform my first production “grief” on your festival :)
