昚倩是狐狐我的生日然埌我也終斌回䟆䞊線啊🊊🎂‚ 圚六、䞃個月前癌生了奜倚奜倚事因歀心裡也环積了䞍少疲憊而變成了「萎靡」狀態當我癌珟自己䞍對勁的時候也接受了治療‚埌䟆聜了醫垫的話把生掻步調調慢也暫時關掉手機䞊的通知倚倚接觞倧自然‚䞍過沒想到這堎敞䜍排毒比預期還久了埈倚就到有人圚圚臉曞䞊問我去哪裡了真的埈䞍奜意思讓倧家擔心了‚ 話說䞊週趁著平日偷偷去了屏東墟䞁圚吊床䞊吹吹颚再到海邊看倕陜‚這暣什麌郜䞍趕只讓海颚吹走腊袋裡的雜蚊讓我胜把身心郜敎理奜以最舒服的狀態再次走到倧家面前‚ 謝謝倧家還蚘埗我圚這裡跟倧家說䞀句「我回䟆啊」🊊 ‚———‚‚昚日は誕生日 そしお、僕も぀いに戻っおきたよ🊊🎂 6、7か月前からいろんなこずが重なっお、心の䞭に疲れがず゙んず゙ん溜たっおいった 気぀゙けばすっかり元気をなくしおいお、自分の調子がおかしいず感じたずきに、病院お゙蚺おもらうこずにした その埌は医垫のアドバむスに埓っお、生掻のペヌスを萜ずし、スマホの通知もしばらくオフにしお、お゙きるだけ自然に觊れる時間を増やした お゙も、たさかこのデジタルデトックスが思っおいたよりずっず長くなるずは思わなかった Facebookお゙「ペヌフヌくん最近ず゙うしたの」ず聞いおくれた人もいお、みんなに心配をかけおしたっお本圓にごめんなさい  そういえば、先週は平日にこっそり墟䞁ぞ行っおきたよ‚ハンモックに揺られながら颚に吹かれたり、海蟺お゙倕日を眺めたりした 䜕にも远われず、ただ海颚に頭の䞭の雑音を吹き飛ばしおもらう。そんな時間を過ごしお、心も䜓も少しず぀敎えるこずがお゙きた。おかげお゙、今は䞀番心地いい状態お゙、たたみんなの前に戻っおくるこずがお゙きたよ 今も僕のこずを芚えおいおくれおありがずうここお゙みんなに䞀蚀 「ただいた」🊊‚‚———‚‚Today is my birthday, and I’ve finally resurfaced! 🊊🎂 A lot of things happened around seven months ago, and I gradually became emotionally and physically exhausted. When I realized something wasn’t right, I sought professional help. I followed my doctor’s advice, slowed down, turned off my phone notifications for a while, and spent more time in nature. I didn’t expect my digital detox to last this long, though. It went on much longer than I expected, and someone even asked on Facebook where I had gone. I’m really sorry for making everyone worry. Last week, I took a little weekday getaway to Kenting in Pingtung. I relaxed in a hammock, felt the breeze, and watched the sunset by the sea. I didn’t rush anything. I just let the sea breeze clear away the noise in my head and gave myself time to get my mind and body back in order. Now I’m back in the most comfortable and refreshed state I’ve been in for a while. Thank you all for remembering me! 昚倩「2026 台灣燈會圚嘉矩」剛奜萜幕了其寊䞊週我也有跑去逛喔 雖然當時因為比范晚到所以錯過了䞀些展區跟拍䞻燈的機會䞍過䞀路䞊還是看到了奜倚埈有意思的花燈 最讓我開心的是這次還看到了之前圚旅展䞊芋過的阿倍野熊和黑朮君的花燈沒想到會圚台灣燈會裡再芋到熟面孔真的有皮「原䟆䜠們也圚這呀」的感芺呢✚ 䞀路逛䞋䟆也遇到了奜倚䟆看台灣燈會的倧家有的䞀起拍照有的揮手打招呌敎個晚䞊郜奜熱鬧只是扟我拍照的人寊圚倪倚走著走著就變成定點合照行皋了😂 雖然這次還有䞀些地方沒逛到䜆胜看到這麌倚花燈還有跟倧家䞀起拍照就已經超玚滿足了🊊☺ ——— 昚日は「台湟ランタンフェスティバル in 嘉矩」が終わったね 実は先週、僕も遊びに行っおたんだよ 着いたのが少し遅かったから、メむンランタンずいく぀かの゚リアは撮れなかったけず゙、道䞭お゙面癜いランタンをたくさん芋られたよ 䞀番嬉しかったのは、前に旅行博お゙䌚ったあぞ゙のぞ゙あずくろしおくんがランタンになっおここにいたこず 台湟ランタンフェスお゙たた䌚えるなんお、「ぞぇヌ、二人ずもここにいたんだね」っお思っおすごく嬉しかったよ✚ 歩きながらランタンフェスに来おいたたくさんの人たちにも䌚えたんだ 䞀緒に写真を撮ったり手を振ったりしお、䞀晩䞭すごく賑やかだったただ僕ず写真を撮りたいっお蚀っおくれる人が倚すぎお、歩いおるうちに定点撮圱䌚みたいになっちゃった😂 今回は芋られなかった堎所もあったけず゙、たくさんのランタンを芋られお、みんなず䞀緒に写真も撮れお倧満足だよ🊊☺ ——— The “Taiwan Lantern Festival in Chiayi” just wrapped up yesterday, and I actually went last week! Even though we arrived a bit late and missed the chance to take photos with the main lantern and some of the pavilions, I still got to see so many cool lanterns along the way! The best part was seeing the ABENOBEA and Kuroshio-kun lanterns. I had met them at a travel expo before, so it was such a fun surprise to see lantern versions of them at the lantern festival, so it really gave me that “Oh hey, you guys are here too!” kind of feeling ✹ While walking around, I also ran into so many of you who came to the festival. We took pictures together and waved at each other, and the whole night felt so lively! 埞陀倕到初二我圚朮州春節垂集出沒了䞉倩🐟 䞍知䞍芺也過了䞀個犮拜珟圚翻照片還是芺埗奜熱鬧呢 今幎真的埈謝謝倧家䟆扟我拍照、揮手以及跟我說話🊊☺ 有小朋友拿著玩具跟我䞀起合照也有人幫我把「恭喜癌財」春聯喬到最垥的䜍眮 還有人䞀看到我就喊「欞是枞狐耶」的聲音我到珟圚還蚘埗喔✚ 䜠今幎過幎有去哪裡走走或吃到什麌奜吃的嗎留蚀跟我分享䞀䞋吧🊊😉 ——— 旧正月の時期に、朮州春節マヌケットに䞉日間遊びに行っおきたよ🐟 気぀゙けばもう䞀週間、写真を芋返しおも、あのにぎやかな空気がただ残っおる感じがする 今幎もたくさん写真を撮っおくれたり、手を振っおくれたり、声をかけおくれお本圓にありがずう🊊☺ おもちゃを持った子ず゙もたちず䞀緒に䞊んお゙写真を撮ったり 「恭喜癌財」(新しい䞀幎お゙お金に恵たれたすように) の食りをいい䜍眮にそっず敎えおくれたり 「えっ、ペヌフヌだ」っお芋぀けおくれた声も、ちゃんず芚えおるよ✚ みんなは今幎の旧正月、ず゙こかお出かけした 䜕かおいしいものも食ぞ゙たかな よかったら、コメントお゙教えおね🊊😉 ——— From Lunar New Year’s Eve to the second day of the New Year, I spent three days at the Chaozhou Lunar New Year market 🐟 It’s already been a week, but looking back at the photos, it still feels so lively! I immediately thought, if I ever get the chance, I definitely want to take a photo together! 🊊🊖📞 This Monday, while heading southern Taiwan for work, I made some time to stop by Central Park, and I finally got to meet the real A-Bao in person! 🊊✚ It was my first time ever seeing a living “dinosaur” up close, and honestly, my legs were a bit shaky. But I gathered my courage, took the photo, and even put my favorite hat on A-Bao at the end. 🧢 By the way, A-Bao’s performance team is actually a professional crew with nearly 20 years of experience. They usually perform at commercial shows and various events, but recently they’ve been spending extra time at Central Park so kids and families can enjoy the fun together.
