Here’s how to play:

• Take a class an earn a star (no doubles!)
• Set your own personal goal

Meet Kekoa! 🩵✨

You may know her for her powerful flows and thoughtful sequencing, but here’s 3 things you probably didn’t know about Kekoa:

Her full name, Kekoaikapuʻuwai, means “warrior of the heart.”

She loves cats, but sea turtles and sandbar sharks have her heart.

She loves music, but if she has headphones on, chances are she’s definitely listening to a podcast.

We’re so lucky to have Kekoa as part of our Yoga Barre community. Come flow with her and see what makes Kekoa’s classes so special!

We’re teaming up with @rundelmar for a fun morning of miles + movement.

Join us for a 3-mile run starting at The Yoga Barre, followed by a Runner’s Flow led by @katrinachilds — a yoga class designed specifically for runners. Expect intentional mobility, stretching, strengthening + breathwork to help you feel good in your body, support recovery, and get you ready for your next mile.

Meet + warm up (at The Yoga Barre) — 7:45 AM
Roll out — 8:00 AM
Runner’s Flow — 9:15 AM

All paces welcome. No one runs alone.

A little sweat, a little stretch, a lot of good energy.
