Nothing is ever permanent. That is what we rehearse in an hour’s time inside the four walls of Shakti.

The first year after I became a teacher, I took on the Sunday class with gratitude and excitement. What it turned into was a weekly get-together that formed over birthdays celebrated, wins from the week, hard decisions to ponder and corny ChaCha jokes (on coffee) and so much more.

Sunday quickly became my favorite with you.

This coming Sunday, September 6 12PM will be my last Sunday class (regularly) with you.

ChaCha’s new schedule at @shaktipoweryoga will be
TUES | THURS | SAT @ 12PM
3 classes at the greatest place in the world with ChaCha.❤️
Every week:)

And of course, more on the way.😉 taken in Shakti Power Yoga by @yogachacha

My next EMBER🕯️FLOW arrives this Saturday, August 22 at 6:30PM at @shaktipoweryoga. Stay for a cool and crisp @athleticbrewing on ChaCha after class.❤️🏄

Our practice is a tool for bringing the body and mind into alignment with the present moment.

Enjoy a Saturday evening power flow with YogaChaCha designed to warm the body and quiet the mind. Move with intention, stay present in the flow, and settle into an extended savasana to close the practice.

$20 Members receive 20% off!

Bring a mat, towel and water.
