🌲🍂 SUNDAYS IN THE WOODS. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SEASON. 🤎 “Among the trees, we remember how to be still. How to breathe. How to simply be.” 🌿 And just like that, our final Forest Bathing + Hammock Sound Bath of the season has come and gone. 🥹 What started as an idea to bring people together in nature turned into something so much more magical than we could have imagined. Slow walks through the forest. Barely a whisper between the trees. Hammocks swaying in the breeze. The vibrations of sound moving through the woods. The warmth of the sauna. New friendships, familiar faces, laughter, stillness, and so much connection. ✨ To everyone who joined us for one Sunday or came back again and again — THANK YOU. You helped create the magic. A whole lot of love to Stick and Stone Wellness, Crystal Core Vortex, Yoga With Brett & Friends for bringing our hearts, talents, and visions together to create these experiences. And to the beautiful land at Holmes Hollow Tree Farm for holding space for all of us. 🌳 The hammocks are officially resting until SPRING 2027, but the magic doesn’t stop here. Our dream is to continue creating unique wellness experiences that bring us together, help us slow down, and remind us how good it feels to simply BE. Stay close. We’ve got more magic coming this fall and winter. 🔥🔔🌿 Until we meet beneath the trees again… May we carry a little of the forest’s stillness with us wherever we go. 🤎 #YogaWithBrett #StickAndStoneWellness #CrystalCoreVortex #ForestBathing #HammockSoundBath by @yogawithbrett
