Recap Rocket® Yoga Masterclass Melbourne | Vol. I 🚀
.
.
Rocket is so much more than the shapes we create on the mat. 🚀

It’s the courage to meet ourselves exactly where we are. To stay when things get uncomfortable. To breathe through the resistance, to question the patterns we’ve been holding onto, and to realise that sometimes, the person we’re fighting the hardest is ourselves.

The practice doesn’t always give us the answers we’re looking for. Sometimes, it simply teaches us to sit with the questions.

And somewhere between the effort, the falls, the frustration and the breakthroughs, we begin to see ourselves differently. Not because we’ve become someone else, but because we’ve stopped running away from who we are.

That’s the real work. Beyond the postures, beyond the physical strength, beyond what anyone else can see.

Learning to face the darkness without losing sight of the light. Finding the courage to let go of who we thought we had to be, and making space for who we truly are.

Because the most powerful thing yoga can teach us is not how far we can go with our bodies, but how deeply we’re willing to go within ourselves.

And that journey changes everything 🌀❤️♾️

Some days it feels easy, some days you fall straight back down

There’s only one way to properly try on yoga clothes 😂

Took the @bhumi_organic_cotton pieces through my very scientific movement test. Safe to say, they passed 🤸‍♀️

Loved moving in natural, organic fabrics with no plastic, feeling good on the mat and beyond 🙏🫶🏼 by @yogawithgi

Practice what you teach. Teach what you practice. 🚀

Rocket photos and memories in Bali last week @davidckyle 50-hour Rocket Teacher Training feeling incredibly grateful and honoured to be part of this practice and this lineage.

I got to assist hands-on, keep learning from David, learn from every single student in the room… and, of course, practice! 😍 There’s nothing quite like getting on the mat, breathing, moving, sweating, playing and remembering why we do this in the first place.

Being surrounded by people who are equally passionate about the practice is pretty special. The challenge, the discipline, the laughter, the growth, and that feeling of being part of a community where you truly belong 🤗✨

And next month, we get to keep it going in Melbourne! 🚀

@mirisabyoga and I can’t wait to share our 50-hour Rocket Teacher Training with you. A deep dive into the practice, the teachings, the why behind it, and the community that makes Rocket so special.

How good is Rocket? ❤️🚀

Pause for a moment.
What is your practice really giving you?

And remember your why💜 by @yogawithgi

Not everything has to be so serious 🧐
Sometimes you just have to play, get upside down and have a little fun

What’s your party trick? 👀 by @yogawithgi

Slow it down.
Stay present.
Breathe into the moments you usually rush through.

Because the practice isn’t just what it looks like 🫶🏼 it’s what you experience within it ✨ by @yogawithgi

Este ajuste de yoga es MUY especial. ✨
