Tonight’s Sacral Chakra class was powerful 🧡✨ We explored creativity, sensuality, emotional balance, softness, and the divine flow of both feminine and masculine energy. One of the most beautiful moments was witnessing a mother, her baby, and masculine energy all sharing space in healing together. That’s community. That’s safety. That’s generational healing in real time. The sacral chakra teaches us that connection is medicine connection to self, to emotion, to pleasure, to family, and to each other. Whether in group classes or private sessions in the comfort of your own home, Infinite Peace Yoga & Wellness is here to create safe spaces for healing, release, restoration, and alignment 💫 by @yogawithinfinite

✨ I invite you to join me for the next 7 weeks as we embark on a journey of energetic healing, grounding, restoration, and self-connection through yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️✨ Each week we will focus on a different energy center within the body, creating space to reconnect with ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. 🧡 This week we are focusing on the Sacral Chakra — the center of creativity, emotions, pleasure, softness, sensuality, and flow. Together we will explore: 🌊 Hip-opening yoga 🌊 Emotional release 🌊 Breathwork & grounding 🌊 Nervous system support 🌊 Healing through movement and intentional energy work This practice is an invitation to soften, feel, create, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve joy, peace, and expression. You deserve spaces that allow you to breathe, release, and simply be. Come recharge your energy with me. ✨ www.Infinitepeaceshop.com by @yogawithinfinite
Some days, Black women are expected to carry everything. The families. The trauma. The survival. The pressure to always be strong. To keep showing up even when emotionally exhausted. To smile through heartbreak. To nurture everyone else while silently neglecting themselves. But strength should not mean suffering in silence. Sometimes you don’t need advice. You need a safe space. A deep breath. A hug. A moment where your nervous system finally feels safe enough to soften. As a Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I create spaces designed for exactly that. Spaces where you are not judged, rushed, or expected to “hold it all together.” Spaces where healing can look like stillness, tears, grounding, breathwork, stretching, rest, sound healing, conversation, or simply being witnessed. So many Black women are living in survival mode without even realizing it. Our bodies hold stress, grief, anxiety, abandonment, overworking, burnout, heartbreak, generational trauma, and emotional suppression. And eventually… the body begins asking for care. That’s where I come in. Through trauma-informed yoga, grounding practices, breathwork, mindfulness, holistic wellness support, assisted stretch, sound healing, and intentional care, I help create an environment where your mind, body, and spirit can begin reconnecting safely. You deserve spaces where: • You can exhale • You can feel emotionally safe • You can rest without guilt • You can reconnect with yourself • You can heal gently • You can simply be held Healing is not weakness. Being supported is not weakness. Allowing someone safe into your space is not weakness. You do not have to carry everything alone anymore. If your spirit has been asking for softness, grounding, emotional support, or nervous system care… I’m here. Book your 1:1 session with Infinite Peace Yoga & Wellness. Trauma-Informed Care • Holistic Healing • Breathwork • Yoga • Emotional Wellness Support by @yogawithinfinite
