Calling all human, yogi’s, mermaid’s & mermen. Dolphin & Whale Spirits. Libby & I are back on the sands at Marina Del Rey Beach for our final summer session of Beach Yoga Sound Bath. (Saturday 09/19/26….10:15am….🔗: in bio)
.
For those that cannot join us this Saturday, we will continue into fall & winter (weather permitting). And will certainly return in the warmth of Spring.
.
Bring a blanket, hat, sunscreen & water. Bask in the negative ions. Rock your body gently with a restorative yoga session led by Libby. You will be given full permission to melt, float, discharge & neutralize any heart felt heaviness. The ocean & open skies of the cosmos tend to collaborate beautifully through the sound frequencies in the sound bath. Create your experience with what you need in this session. by @yogawithlibby

In the spring of 2020 I completed a yoga teacher training that started at the end of 2019. It was certainly marked a moment in the history of yoga studios, classrooms, gatherings etc. Everything shifted. A classmate in the training I took the lead in creating space outside. A container that had no walls, held by the skies, sand and ocean. Libby Balsiger created @beachyogalife to share the healing gifts of yoga in response for a deep need for connection. She started her classes online in 2020 then slowly transitioned to creating in person sessions at her local neighboring beach in Marina Del Rey. I have joined Libby many mornings simply to receive and also to give back with sound healing journeys alongside her yoga classes. Come join us for our upcoming gathering on Saturday 06.27.26 at 10:15am 🏵 The rsvp link is in the Bio.
.
This summer we will also be offering Beach Yoga Sound Bath on Saturday August 15 & September 19.

Stay connected ✨I will be announcing summer dates for a slow gentle morning yoga class with @beachyogalife by @yogawithlibby
