we’re hosting an arm balance & handstand workshop!! if you’ve been wanting to work on your arm balances and handstands but didn’t know where to begin, this is your sign! from crow to 8 angle to headstand or a handstand, we will break down each step-by-step so you can understand the foundations, build strength and confidence, and have fun along the way. your teachers: LeeAnn is RYT 200, she took her teacher training in 2018 at the American Yoga Academy and has been teaching handstands to individual practitioners since 2024 Val is RYT 300, she took her 200 hr teacher training here at Laughing Buddha in 2022 and has since traineo 100 hrs in rocket vinyasa with David Kyle * wrist and shoulder prep * core & compression strength * our favorite cues and tips and how to apply them to your own practice whether you’re brand new to arm balances or looking to level up your practice, come join us! @laughingbuddhahotyoga in twp friday Oct 2 6-8pm by @yogi_leee
