I can't believe I've been teaching yoga to Hampton Roads for 4 years now 🥳

I am so grateful for everyone that gave me a chance to teach to them, alongside them, or in honor of their event/mission! 🙌🏾 This journey has been quite the beautiful experience 🥰

I have so much more planned for y'all but in the meantime come & flow w/me at one of my weekly classes or upcoming events!

We spent the entire month of June exploring Saucha - cleanliness. Decluttering everything from materials to mental - people & spaces - to welcome in a month of contentment & PEACE for July!

Immense gratitude to @freestylestrandsbu & @tellyscrystal.corner for hosting this beautiful donation based Matcha & Sound event 💚 It was exactly what I needed as I lean into expanding my self practice this season 🙏🏾 Beautiful words were shared.
