I am so excited to announce that I am officially a pilates instructor (watch my story or dm me to find out where)!

Bare with me because this is long and transparent —

For the longest time, I’ve always prided myself on being a helper; eager to help everyone with their projects or their journeys. Throughout this time, I have struggled with my own confidence, weight, depression and figuring out what was next for me. If you would have asked me a year or two ago, did I think I would be a fitness instructor? I would have laughed and then participated in negative self-talk. Pilates can be intimidating because often times there are not a lot of women that look like me — teaching or taking the class. I look forward to changing that!
