Ageism is real.

As a senior model who loves fashion and lives it every day, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find your place in an industry that often celebrates youth above all else.

Modeling was never about becoming an icon for me. It has always been about showing women of distinction that it’s okay to embrace your age with confidence, grace, and style. If seeing me on a runway encourages even one woman to believe she still belongs, then every step is worth it.

Over the last few months, I’ve attended castings where, surprisingly, even some directors who are of a distinguished age themselves have looked upon me with unwelcoming eyes. It made me ask, Why? We are all blessed to grow older. Aging is not something to fear—it’s a privilege that many never receive.

We matter. We have value. We still shine.

To every woman of distinction: You are beautiful because God created you that way. Your wrinkles tell a story. Your wisdom is your strength. Your presence is powerful.

Keep being the light so others can find their way. Dare to dream. Dare to pursue your goals. Your purpose didn’t end because your hair turned gray or the years passed by. You’re still here because your life still has meaning.

Some never had the opportunity to reach your age. So wear your years with gratitude, walk with confidence, and never let anyone convince you that your season has passed.

You are not past your prime.

You are a seasoned woman of grace, beauty, strength, and purpose.

TRUST GOD and Keep walking. The world still needs your light.
