I’m grateful. I have need of nothing. My life and my salvation are my greatest gifts. Thanks to all who took the time to send a prayer, a blessing or a song. It made my heart smile.

Here are some of my favourite things I enjoyed today:
Code pink body scrub and cream by @relline.co
All skincare and makeup by @artistry
Work out class at @inmotionja
Body polish by @spaaesthetique
Lunch by @justsaladsja

I wanna wear my Go go Cocoa lipstick by @artistry EVERYWHERE. I use it to dress up or down for a chic vibe or an everyday look. It’s been my go-to for a few months now and I. AM. LOVING. IT. Thanks @csnbkalema for my gel manicure because I’m not about that Christmas week rush. by @yolandagreg

Grateful to God for friends like these. For over 2 decades we’ve been holding space for each other and even though we haven’t all gotten together in about 7 years, we could easily pour out (over amazing bread pudding btw) AND pour into each other in meaningful ways. Our “big people” conversations surrounded family, careers, mortgages and supplements but I truly didn’t want the evening to end. Love you my loves. #collegefriends #lifescimeetscomsci taken in Constant Spring Road by @yolandagreg

Happy birthday to one of one! There’s absolutely nobody like you! What a miracle to have you in our lives! Thank you for the sisterhood, the continuous prayers, and the love - it overflows. May everything you pour out be poured back you and then some our PT! We love you, have a great birthday! 🥳❤️ by @yolandagreg

A friend recently recommitted to her skincare this year and I am GRATEFUL to provide her with some of the best plant-infused products and useful tips to help her on the journey to her best skin. DM me if you’d like to start too. taken in Glow Up by @yolandagreg

I’m multifaceted, so in any given week I’ll go from all all-white dinner date look, to a dance-show-with-friends-look, a field-trip look, a business conference look, a concert look and then kaboom 💥 I’ll hit you with a va-va-voom, mamacita throwdown. #Godschild #Godsplan #momonamission #alwaysgrateful🙌🏾🙏🏾 by @yolandagreg
