Don’t like tofu? I dare you to get this and not love it… we use @centralsoyfoodstofu based out of Lawrence, KS. Whipped until submission with our own ferments for an umami bomb. Then we top with @yolitortilleria salsa macha morita and served with a giant rice chicharrón. Pair it with @le___lounge spicy margarita or dirty martini. 🍸 by @yoli_test_kitchen

Inspired by Marissa’s upbringing in the mid 80s, this our version of smörgåstårta, savory cake of sorts. Japanese milk bread with midwestern style ham salad meets Mexico’s spices. Layered in pimiento cheese and “frosted” with whipped cream cheese. Topped with pickled tomatoes from @huertitayoli. Have it with a dry gin martini or French 75. Thank us later 😉. Travel More. Buy Less. Experience. I don’t remember many of my childhood gifts, heck I don’t even remember what I was given last Christmas!
