The conversation around recruiting neurodiverse individuals is still widely contested and it is wrongly assumed that neurodivergent people are only qualified for subordinate, specialist or isolated roles.

Interestingly, most organisations have never considered how incorporating neurodiversity into their leadership team could benefit the organisation?

In this article, I explored what neurodiversity is, the benefits of neurodiversity in leadership, showcased examples of successful neurodiversity inclusive organisations and simple and practical steps towards building an inclusive leadership team.

My article on ‘How neurodiversity can shape sustainable urban planning-and benefit us’ was published by @worldeconomicforum ❤️✨

If you’ve ever been out with me I’ve either burst into tears, experienced a sensory overload or gotten overstimulated at some point. Our cities need to cater to all minds.

I explain how neurodiversity can be a powerful asset in the global fight against climate change and explain how urban landscapes mostly favor the neuro typical.

I also provide some actionable tools for policy makers, architects, city planners etc to create more sustainable cities that cater to neurodivergent individuals as a tool for social justice.

Still a dream that my work is published by THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM alongside presidents, Nobel laureates, UN bodies, business leaders, top CEOs, academics etc.

🎂 30 Questions for 30 because apparently, I’m 30 now and everyone is expecting wisdom. 😭😂

10 years in marketing, a few plot twists, some questionable decisions, character development I didn’t ask for, and lessons that could’ve honestly been an email. 🫠

They didn’t see the God in me. And for a long time, I think I was too busy looking for validation from others to see Him in myself.

I wrote about being deeply flawed, imperfect, misunderstood and still becoming. About friendships, disappointments, faith, identity and the beautiful, sometimes uncomfortable process of learning to see myself the way God sees me.

Because the truth is, not everyone will recognise what God has placed inside you. But that doesn’t make it any less real.

And these days? I see the God in me very clearly. ❤️

I turn 30 on October 10th, and lately I’ve been reflecting on my 20s… 🥹🤎

On the love, the heartbreak, the lessons, the mistakes, the adventures, the dreams, the disappointments, the becoming, and all the little moments that somehow made me who I am.
