26.03.23 - “For whoever will save his life shall lose it; but whoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.” - Mark 8:35.

This verse always spoke to me clear as day and I kept ignoring it because I “wasn’t ready” and a voice in my head always said “if not now, When?” I’m so on fire for my God and I won’t quiet my love for my Heavenly Father because most of this world is lost. I felt his calling for so long and getting Baptised on Sunday felt like I was coming home after a long long quest. The feeling is one I can’t describe, I don’t think there are words that exist to express my gratitude and love for who my God is and all he has done and will continue to do in my life, for me and through me.

I got to do this with my best friend and my forever life partner. We did this together because without God we wouldn’t have found each other. Our prayers were answered by God and it felt so right to go under water together and come out stronger in Christ together.

My life wasn’t mine to begin with, so I give it all to you Jesus. taken in Golders Green Hippodrome by @yona_x
